Claims (16)
- 섬유화되어 고급 절연 울을 형성할 수 있고, 현무암, 화강암, 석회암, 백운석 및 사암과 같은 천연 - 발생 록 광물질로부터 제조되며, 몰리브덴 또는 스틸 슬레그 및 그레이트 재와 같은 공업적 공정의 부생성물, 또는 도자기 진흙과 같은 고알루미나 물질 또는 울렉사이트와 같은 광물질을 함유하는 붕소를 포함할 수 있는 조성물, 상기 조성물은, 조성물 총 중량을 기준으로 하여 중량로 나타낸, 하기의 성분을 함유하고;상기 조성물은 1200이하의 액화 온도 및 액화 온도에서 1000 포이즈 이상의 점성도를 갖는다.
- 제1항에 있어서, SiO2의 양은 5360 중량이고, Al2O3의 양이 916 중량인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, SiO2+ Al2O3의 총량이 65.5 중량이상인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, MgO + Fe2O3의 총량이 12 중량이상인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 조성물의 총량을 기준으로 중량로 나타낸, 하기의 성분을 함유하는 조성물;
- 제1항에 있어서, MgO의 양이 4.0 중량이상인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, Fe2O3의 양이 6.0 중량이상인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, Fe2O3의 양이 8.0 중량이상인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, SiO2의 양은 5360 중량이고, Al2O3의 양이 1316 중량인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, SiO2+ Al2O3의 총량이 68.0 중량이상인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, MgO + Fe2O3의 총량이 14 중량이상인 조성물.
- 제1항에 청구된 조성물로부터 제조된 절연 울.
- 제12항에 있어서, 직경이 63이상인 입자를 5 중량이하로 포함하는 절연 울.
- 제13항에 있어서, 직경이 63이상인 입자를 2 중량이하로 포함하는 절연 울.
- 절연 울에서의 직경이 63이상인 입자의 함량이 5 중량이하이고, 제1항에서 정의된 조성물을, 조성물의 액화 온도보다 높은 1070의 온도 및 1000 포이즈 (log 3.0)3000 포이즈 (log 3.5) 범위내인 점성도에서 내부 원심분리 스피너로 섬유화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 고급 절연 울의 제조 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 절연 울에서의 직경이 63이상인 입자의 함량이 2 중량이하인 고급 절연 울의 제조방법.
