Claims (12)
- 길이방향 종단면에서의 폭 2㎛ 이상의 산화물의 평균조성이, 중량%로, SiO2: 70% 이상, CaO+Al203: 20% 미만, Zr02: 0.1∼10%을 포함하는 강선재.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 길이방향 종단면에서의 폭 2㎛ 이상의 산화물의 평균조성에 포함되는 ZrO2이 중량%로, 0.5∼10%인 강선재.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 길이방향 종단면에서의 폭 2㎛ 이상의 산화물의 평균조성에 포함되는 ZrO2이 중량%로, 1.0∼10%인 강선재.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 길이방향 종단면에서의 폭 2㎛ 이상의 산화물의 평균조성에 포함되는 SiO2이 중량%로, 75%를 넘어 95% 이하인 강선재.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 길이방향 종단면에서의 폭 2㎛ 이상의 산화물의 평균조성에 포함되는 CaO+Al203가 중량%로, 1% 이상 15% 미만인 강선재.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 길이방향 종단면에서의 폭 2㎛ 이상의 산화물의 평균조성에 포함되는 ZrO2, SiO2, CaO+Al203가 각각 중량%로, 0.5∼10%, 75%를 넘어 95% 이하, 1% 이상 15% 미만인 강선재.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 길이방향 종단면에서의 폭 2㎛ 이상의 산화물의 평균조성에 포함되는 ZrO2, SiO2, CaO+Al203가 각각 중량%로, 1.0∼10%, 75%를 넘어 95% 이하, 1% 이상 15% 미만인 강선재.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 길이방향 종단면에서의 폭 2㎛ 이상의 산화물이 SiO2, CaO, Al203, Mg0, MnO, ZrO2으로 구성되어, 그 평균조성이, 중량%로, SiO2: 70% 이상, CaO+Al203: 20% 미만, ZrO2: 0.1∼10%인 강선재.
- 제 1항 내지 제 8항에 있어서, 강의 화학성분이 중량%로, C : 0.45∼1.1%, Si : 0.1∼2.5%, Mn : 0.1∼1.0%, Zr : 0.1% 이하를 포함하고, 또, Cu : 0∼0.5%, Ni : 0∼l.5%, Cr : 0∼1.5%, Mo : 0∼0.5%, W : 0∼0.5%, Co : 0∼1.0%, B : 0∼0.0030%, V : 0∼0.5%, Nb : 0∼0.1%, Ti : 0∼0.1%을 함유하고, 잔부는 Fe 및 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지며, 불순물 중의 P는 0.020% 이하, S는 0.020% 이하, Al는 0.005% 이하, N은 0.005% 이하, O(산소)는 0.0025% 이하인 강선재.
- 강선재에 사용하는 강의 제조방법에 있어서, 전로에 의한 일차정련, 전로 바깥에서의 이차정련의 후, 연속주조하는 청구범위 제 1항 내지 제 9항에 기재된 강선재에 사용하는 강의 제조방법.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 전로에서 연속주조의 공정까지의 용강 중에 투입 또는 혼입하는 Al량을 10g/ton 이하로 함과 동시에, 용강과 접촉하는 내화물 및 매용제(媒溶劑) 중의 Al203량을 20% 이하, 상기 내화물 및 매용제의 1종 이상으로 포함되는 ZrO2의 량을 1∼95%로 하여, 다시, 이차정련의 공정 이후에서 용강과 접촉하는 래들 중 슬래그(slag)의 최종 CaO/SiO2비를 2.0 이하로 하는 강의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항에 기재된 강선재를 냉간가공한 후, 최종의 열처리, 도금처리 및 습식(濕式) 트위스트가공을 차례로 실행하는 극세강선의 제조방법.
