Claims (5)
- 기존의 고로체를 해체한 후, 그 기초부 위에 고로를 재건하거나, 또는 전혀 새롭게 고로를 건설하는데 있어서,(a) 고로체를 그 고로 정상부로부터 고로 저면부까지 복수개의 링형상 블록으로 분할하는 것과,(b) 상기 링형상 블록을 각각 작업대 이외의 장소에서 건조하는 것과,(c) 건조시에는 링형상 블록에 가로대 등의 부대설비를 설치해 두는 것과,(d) 건조 후에 링형상 블록을 주조대 건물 내외로 뻗어 있는 상가장치에 의해 주조대 레벨까지 잭업하는 것과,(e) 상기 잭업한 링형상 블록을 주조대 레벨에서 가로로 이동시켜서 주조대 위에 설치한 이동대차 위에 탑재시키는 것과,(f) 상기 이동대차를 주조대 위에 부설(敷設)한 레일 위를 가로로 반송하므로써 상기 링형상 블록을 고로의 중심위치에 반송하는 것과,(g) 고로의 중심위치에 반송된 상기 링형상 블록으로, 주조대 레벨 이하의 고로체가 되는 것은 고로의 중심위치에서 고로 정상부의 로체지지주에 설치한 잭에 의해 매달아 내려서 지지하고, 고로 중심위치의 레일을 일단 철거한 후, 매달아 내려서 고로 기초부 위에 설치하여 하부 고로체를 형성하는 것과,(h) 고로의 중심위치에 반송된 상기 링형상 블록으로, 주조대 레벨보다 위쪽의 고로체를 구성하는 것은 고로의 중심위치에서 고로 정상부의 로체지지주에 설치한 잭을 사용한 상승공법에 의해 고로 정상부로부터 순차로 상승시키면서 상호 접합해서 상부 고로체를 형성하는 것과,(i) 상부 고로체를 형성한 후, 고로 중심위치의 레일을 철거한 후에 상부 고로체와 하부 고로체를 접합하는 것의 결합에 의한 것을 특징으로 하는 고로의 단기 개수·건설방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,각 링형상 블록의 철표피를 고로의 밖으로부터 편면 용접하므로써, 각 링형상 블록을 접합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고로의 단기 개수·건설방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,편면 용접의 용접높이가 철표피판 두께의 적어도 1/3이 된 시점에서 그 접합에 의해 합체된 링형상 블록을 상승시키고, 상승 후, 잔여의 용접을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고로의 단기 개수·건설방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,건조한 링형상 블록의 외부 원주를 둘러싸는 철표피에 링형상 블록의 중심을 통하는 봉형상의 철표피 보강재를 수평으로 걸쳐서 부착시키고, 더욱이, 이 부착을 철표피 보강재의 단말부와 가로대를 철표피에 부착시키는 기구의 고로 내측 단말부를 걸어맞추어서 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고로의 단기 개수·건설방법.
- 고로의 개수·건설 설비에서 다음의 장치군으로 된A) 주조대 건물 내외에 뻗어 있는 매다는 기구와,B) 상기 매다는 기구에 설치된 슬라이드 레일 위에 탑재되고, 주조대 건물 내외를 이동가능한 이동가대와,C) 상기 이동가대의 수평방향 이동을 실행하는 그 자체가 슬라이드 레일 위를 간헐적으로 이동가능한 유압실린더를 구비한 슬라이딩장치와,D) 상기 이동가대에 설치된 여러 조의 로드식 승강 잭에 의해 상하로 이동이 가능하고, 또한 링형상 블록의 매다는 기구를 구비한 매다는 가대를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 링형상 블록의 상가장치.
