Claims (2)
- 정상 칩여부에 따라 소정의 제어신호를 출력하는 퓨즈 프로그램수단과, 상기 퓨즈 프로그램수단으로부터의 제어신호에 따라 인에이블/디스에이블되는 고전압 발생수단 및 상기 고전압 발생수단의 인에이블여부에 따라 동작하는 온-칩 리던던트 디코딩수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 소자의 리던던트 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 고전압 발생수단은 정상 칩의 경우 프리차지된 최초의 전압을 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 소자의 리던던트 장치.
