Claims (5)
- 불소 화합물 및 유기 용매를 함유하는 전해액의 처리 방법으로서,
상기 전해액을 함유하는 사용이 끝난 전지를 세정 용매로 세정하여 상기 전해액을 추출하는 세정 공정,
상기 세정 공정에서 얻은 세정 후 액을 회수하는 세정 후 액 회수 공정,
회수한 상기 세정 후 액에 함유되는 휘발 성분을 감압하에서 기화하는 기화 공정,
상기 기화 공정에서 얻은 가스에 함유되는 불소 성분을 칼슘과 반응시켜 불화칼슘으로 하여 회수하는 불화칼슘 회수 공정, 및
상기 기화 공정에서 얻은 가스에 함유되는 유기 용매 성분을 회수하는 유기 용매 성분 회수 공정을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 불소 함유 전해액의 처리 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 세정 용매가 탄산에스테르류이고, 상기 세정 후 액 회수 공정에서 회수한 전해액 중의 탄산에스테르류를 정제 후에 세정 용매로서 재이용하는 불소 함유 전해액의 처리 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 기화 공정에 있어서, 상기 세정 후 액에 소량의 물 또는 희박한 광산을 첨가한 후에 감압하에서 가열하고, 상기 세정 후 액에 함유되어 있는 LiPF6 의 가수분해에 의해 불소 성분의 기화를 촉진시키는 불소 함유 전해액의 처리 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 기화 공정에서 얻은 가스를 냉각시켜 응축액으로 하고, 상기 응축액으로부터 유기 용매 성분을 분리하여 회수하고, 상기 응축액에 함유되는 불소 성분, 혹은 상기 기화 공정에서 얻은 가스 중의 불소 성분을 칼슘과 반응시켜 불화칼슘으로 하여 회수하는 불소 함유 전해액의 처리 방법. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 기화 공정에서 얻은 가스를 냉각시켜 응축액으로 하고, 상기 응축액으로부터 유기 용매 성분을 분리하여 회수하고, 상기 응축액에 함유되는 불소 성분, 혹은 상기 기화 공정에서 얻은 가스 중의 불소 성분을 칼슘과 반응시켜 불화칼슘으로 하여 회수하는 불소 함유 전해액의 처리 방법.
