- a) 울금, 칡, 오리나무, 녹용, 홍삼, 대추, 생강, 진피, 당귀, 복령, 감초 및 키토 올리고당을 30 내지 50℃ 온수로 가열처리하는 단계(S10);
b) 상기 가열처리된 원료를 85 내지 95℃에서 6 내지 10시간 동안 추출하여 1차 추출물을 제조하는 1차 추출단계(S20);
c) 상기 1차 추출물을 여과 및 숙성시키는 1차 여과단계(S30);
d) 상기 1차 여과를 거친 1차 추출물에 2차로 국화꽃, 갈화꽃 및 사인을 추가한 뒤 추출하여 2차 추출물을 형성하는 2차 추출단계(S40);
e) 상기 2차 추출물을 30 내지 60℃에서 2차 여과 후, 상기 1차 여과 후 숙성된 원료와 혼합한 뒤, 30 내지 70℃에서 4 내지 8시간 숙성시키는 2차 여과단계(S50);
f) 상기 2차 여과된 원료에 정제수를 넣어 용해 및 교반하는 1차 교반단계(S60);
g) 상기 1차 교반된 원료에 이소말토올리고당, 덱스트린, 타우린, L-아스파라긴, 글리신, 비타민C, 비타민 B1, 비타민 B2, 비타민 B6, 비타민 B12, 비타민 E, 니코틴산아미드, 사과농축액, 벌꿀, 합성허브향, 함수구연산 및 효소처리 스테비아를 혼합하여 교반하는 2차 교반단계(S70); 및
h) 상기 2차 교반된 원료를 필터로 3차 여과 및 살균하는 단계(S80);를 포함하는, 숙취해소용 조성물의 제조방법.
