Claims (6)
- 샬레(petri dish) 내의 배지에서 생성된 미생물의 콜로니수의 계수 방법에 있어서, 상기 샬레의 배지 표면의 중심 부근을 회전축으로 하여 상기 회전축의 연장선 방향에 배치한 촬영 매체로 촬영하고 데이터 처리하여 콜로니수를 계수하는 경우,상기 샬레의 1회전을 4 분할 내지 6 분할하여 얻은 지정 각도만큼 상기 회전축을 중심으로 하여 상기 샬레를 회전시키고; 상기 지정 각도만큼의 샬레의 회전마다 상기 샬레의 배지 표면 전체를 촬영하여 상기 지정 각도에 있어서의 상기 샬레의 배지 표면 전체의 영상 데이터를 획득하고;상기 지정 각도에 있어서의 상기 샬레의 배지 표면 전체의 영상 데이터를 데이터 처리하여 상기 지정 각도에서의 배지 표면 전체의 콜로니수를 개별적으로 계수하고; 및상기 각 지정 각도마다 개별적으로 계수된 콜로니수를 수치처리하여 상기 샬레 내의 콜로니수를 산출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콜로니수의 계수 방법.
- 샬레 내의 배지에서 생성된 미생물의 콜로니수의 계수 방법에 있어서, 상기 샬레의 배지 표면의 중심 부근을 회전축으로 하여 상기 회전축의 연장선 방향에 배치한 촬영 매체로 촬영하고 데이터 처리하여 콜로니수를 계수하는 경우,상기 샬레의 1회전을 4 분할 내지 6 분할하여 얻은 지정 각도만큼 상기 촬영 매체를 회전시키고, 상기 지정 각도만큼의 상기 촬영 매체의 회전마다 상기 샬레의 배지 표면 전체를 촬영하여 상기 지정 각도에 있어서의 상기 샬레의 배지 표면 전체의 영상 데이터를 획득하고;상기 지정 각도에 있어서의 상기 샬레의 배지 표면 전체의 영상 데이터를 데이터 처리하여 상기 지정 각도에서의 배지 표면 전체의 콜로니수를 개별적으로 계수하고; 및상기 각 지정 각도마다 개별적으로 계수된 콜로니수를 수치처리하여 상기 샬레 내의 콜로니수를 산출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콜로니수의 계수 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 각 지정 각도에 있어서의 상기 샬레의 배지 표면 전체를 촬영하는 경우,상기 촬영 매체는 하나의 지정 각도에 대해서 다수 회씩 촬영하여 상기 하나의 지정 각도에 있어서의 다수의 영상 데이터를 획득하고;상기 획득한 영상 데이터를 각각 데이터 처리하여 상기 하나의 지정 각도에 있어서의 콜로니수를 다수 회 계수하고; 및상기 각 지정 각도마다 각각 개별적으로 계수된 콜로니수를 수치처리하여 상기 샬레 내의 콜로니수를 산출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콜로니수의 계수 방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 각 지정 각도에 있어서의 상기 샬레의 배지 표면 전 체를 촬영하는 경우,상기 촬영 매체는 하나의 지정 각도에 대해서 다수 회씩 촬영하여 상기 하나의 지정 각도에 있어서의 다수의 영상 데이터를 획득하고;상기 획득한 영상 데이터를 각각 데이터 처리하여 상기 하나의 지정 각도에 있어서의 콜로니수를 다수 회 계수하고; 및상기 각 지정 각도마다 각각 개별적으로 계수된 콜로니수를 수치처리하여 상기 샬레 내의 콜로니수를 산출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콜로니수의 계수 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 샬레를 상기 지정 각도로 회전시킬 때마다 일단 정지하여 상기 촬영 매체로 상기 샬레의 배지 표면 전체를 촬영하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콜로니수의 계수 방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 촬영 매체를 상기 지정 각도로 회전시킬 때마다 일단 정지하여 상기 촬영 매체로 상기 샬레의 배지 표면 전체를 촬영하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콜로니수의 계수 방법.
