Abstract

【課題】シャーレを撮像手段で撮像した撮影画像をデータ処理して計数する際に、撮像条件によるコロニー数の計数のばらつきを排除し、簡易な手段で信頼性の高い安定したコロニー数の計数値を取得できるコロニーの計数方法を提供する。 【解決手段】シャーレ２内の培地１で生成された微生物コロニーを、シャーレの培地面１ｆの中心付近を回転軸Ｃ１とし該回転軸の延長線方向に配置したＣＣＤカメラ７（撮像手段）により撮像してデータ処理するコロニー数の計数に際して、シャーレの１回転を所定数に分割して得た指定角度ずつの回転軸を中心としたシャーレの回転と共に、指定角度ずつのシャーレの回転ごとにシャーレの培地面全体の画像データを取得し、指定角度におけるシャーレの培地面全体の画像データをデータ処理して指定角度ごとのコロニー数を個別に計数し、各指定角度ごとに個別に計数したコロニー数を数値処理しシャーレ内のコロニー数を算定する。
