Claims (24)
- 배지 플레이트 내의 고체 배지 상의 미생물 성장을 분석하는 데 사용되는 장치로서,
이미지 캡쳐장치,
상기 이미지 캡쳐장치가 고체 배지와 미생물 성장의 이미지를 캡쳐하도록 상기 배지 플레이트를 지지하는 서포트,
상기 배지 플레이트의 일측을 산란 조명하기 위한, 상기 이미지 캡쳐장치와 상기 서포트 사이의 링(ring) 라이트, 및
상기 이미지 캡쳐장치, 서포트 및 링 라이트를 서로에 대해 포지셔닝시키기 위한 프레임
을 포함하고,
상기 프레임은, 캐비티(cavity)를 형성하고, 상기 이미지 캡쳐장치와 상기 캐비티 사이에서 상기 배지 플레이트를 상기 서포트가 지지하고,
상기 캐비티는, 상기 캐비티가 상기 고체 배지와 미생물 성장의 이미지용 검정색 배경을 제공하도록 선택된 높이를 가지며,
상기 프레임은, 상기 링 라이트로부터 발산되는 빛이 상기 캐비티의 벽 상에 떨어져서 검정색 배경을 제공하도록 선택된 상기 높이를 가지는 상기 캐비티의 벽을 포함하는
