Claims (8)
- 흑연화된 탄소질물이 피복된 천연 흑연을 포함하고,레이저 회절/산란식 입경 분포 측정에 의한 체적 기준 입경 분포에 있어서의 상기 흑연질 입자의 메디안 직경이 5㎛ 이상, 40㎛ 이하이고,탭 밀도가 0.7g/㎤ 이상이고,BET 법에 따른 비표면적이 0.2㎡/g 이상, 8㎡/g 이하이고,상기 흑연화된 탄소질물이 피복된 천연 흑연의 평균 원형도가 0.83 이상, 1.00 이하이며,하기의 극판 제작 방법으로 극판을 제작하고, 제작된 극판의 X 선 회절을 실시했을 때, 극판 상의 상기 흑연화된 탄소질물이 피복된 천연 흑연의, 2θ=76.5∼78.5 도 영역의 (110) 면 피크의 광각 X 선 회절 피크 면적, 2θ=53.5∼56 도 영역의 (004) 면 피크의 광각 X 선 회절 피크 면적을, 각각 I110, I004 로 했을 때, 극판 상의 흑연 결정 배향비 (I110/I004) 가 0.08 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 비수계 2 차 전지용 부극 재료.[극판 제작 방법]상기 부극 재료 100 중량부에, 스티렌ㆍ부타디엔 고무의 수성 디스퍼젼을 고형분으로서 1 중량부, 카르복시메틸셀룰로오스 (분자량 25 만∼30 만) 수용액을 고형분으로서 1 중량부 첨가하여 슬러리로 하고, 이 슬러리를 두께 18㎛ 의 구리박으로 이루어지는 집전체 상에 그 부극 재료가 건조 후 중량으로서 10±0.1㎎/㎠ 부착되도록 독터 블레이드 (doctor blade) 를 사용하여 도포하여 건조시킨 후에, 롤 프레스 (캘린더) 를 사용하여, 극판 밀도 (구리박을 제외한다) 가 1.63±0.03g/㎤ 가 되도록 프레스 하중을 조정하고, 1 회의 프레스로 압밀한다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,복수의 흑연화된 탄소질물이 피복된 천연 흑연이 결합하여 이루어지는 흑연질 조립(造粒) 입자를 포함하는, 비수계 2 차 전지용 부극 재료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 부극 재료의, 검출 하한 0.6㎛ 인 플로우식 입자 이미지 분석에 의한 개수 기준 원 상당 직경 분포 측정에 있어서의 입자의 총수가 30×106 개/g 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 비수계 2 차 전지용 부극 재료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,레이저 회절/산란식 입경 분포 측정에 의한 체적 기준 입경 분포에 있어서의 메디안 직경이 5㎛ 이상, 40㎛ 이하인 탄소질 1 차 입자를 원료로 하여 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 비수계 2 차 전지용 부극 재료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,평균 원형도가 0.82 이상, 1.00 이하인 탄소질 1 차 입자를 원료로 하여 제 조된 것을 특징으로 하는 비수계 2 차 전지용 부극 재료.
- 제 1 항에 기재된 부극 재료를 활물질로서 함유하는 부극 활물질층을 집전체 상에 형성하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수계 2 차 전지용 부극.
- 리튬 이온을 흡장(吸藏)ㆍ방출할 수 있는 정극과, 리튬 이온을 흡장ㆍ방출할 수 있는 부극과, 전해질을 구비한 비수계 2 차 전지에 있어서, 부극으로서, 제 6 항에 기재된 비수계 2 차 전지용 부극을 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 비수계 2 차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,BET 법에 따른 비표면적이 1.6㎡/g 이상 8㎡/g 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 비수계 2 차 전지용 부극 재료.
