- 유전체층, 상기 유전체층 간에 형성된 내부 전극층, 및 상기 내부 전극층에 전기적으로 접속된 외부 전극을 구비하는 적층 세라믹 콘덴서에 있어서:상기 유전체층은 티탄산바륨을 함유하고, 평균 결정입경이 0.15~0.3㎛인 결정입자를 갖고;상기 티탄산바륨 100몰부에 대해서 마그네슘을 MgO 환산으로 0.5~2몰부, 망간을 MnO 환산으로 0.2~0.5몰부, 홀뮴, 이트륨, 에르븀, 툴륨, 이테르븀 및 루테튬으로부터 선택되는 1종의 제 1 희토류 원소(RE)를 RE2O3 환산으로 0.6~2몰부, 및 사마륨, 유로퓸, 가돌리늄, 테르븀 및 디스프로슘으로부터 선택되는 1종의 제 2 희토류 원소(RE)를 RE2O3 환산으로 0.1~1몰부 함유함과 아울러;상기 결정입자는 상기 제 1 희토류 원소와 상기 제 2 희토류 원소를 함유하고, 또한 상기 제 1 희토류 원소의 상기 결정입자의 입계로부터 중심부에 있어서의 농도구배가 -0.005원자%/nm 이상, -0.05원자%/nm 이하임과 아울러, 상기 제 2 희토류 원소의 상기 결정입자의 입계로부터 중심부에 있어서의 농도구배가 -0.0005원자%/nm 이상, -0.005원자%/nm 이하인 유전체 자기로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 세라믹 콘덴서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 결정입자는 Ca 성분 농도가 0.2원자% 이하인 결정입자로 이루어진 제 1 결정군과 Ca 성분 농도가 0.4원자% 이상인 결정입자로 이루어진 제 2 결정군이 혼재된 복합 입자인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 세라믹 콘덴서.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 유전체 자기 중의 Ba 및 Ca의 합계 함유량을 A몰, Ti의 함유량을 B몰이라고 했을 때에 A/B≥1.003의 관계를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 세라믹 콘덴서.
- 유전체 분말을 함유하는 그린 시트와 내부 전극 패턴을 교대로 적층해서 구성된 콘덴서 본체 성형체를 소성하는 적층 세라믹 콘덴서의 제법에 있어서:상기 유전체 분말로서 평균 입경이 0.15~0.3㎛인 티탄산바륨 분말 또는 티탄산바륨칼슘 분말, 또는 이들의 혼합 분말의 표면에 홀뮴, 이트륨, 에르븀, 툴륨, 이테르븀 및 루테튬으로부터 선택되는 1종의 제 1 희토류 원소의 산화물을 상기 티탄산바륨 분말 또는 상기 티탄산바륨칼슘 분말, 또는 이들의 혼합 분말 100몰부에 대해서 0.6~2몰부 피복한 제 1 분말을 제조하고;상기 제 1 분말에 상기 티탄산바륨 분말 또는 상기 티탄산바륨칼슘 분말, 또는 이들의 혼합 분말 100몰부에 대해서 MgO 분말을 0.5~2몰부, MnCO3 분말을 0.2~0.5몰부, 사마륨, 유로퓸, 가돌리늄, 테르븀 및 디스프로슘으로부터 선택되는 1종의 제 2 희토류 원소의 산화물 분말을 0.1~1몰부 첨가한 것을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 세라믹 콘덴서의 제법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 콘덴서 본체 성형체를 소성할 때의 본소성의 온도가 1050~1150℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 세라믹 콘덴서의 제법.
- 제 4 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 티탄산바륨칼슘 분말이 Ba1-xCaxTiO3 분말(단, x=0.01~0.2)인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 세라믹 콘덴서의 제법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 Ba1-xCaxTiO3 분말(단, x=0.01~0.2)에 있어서의 Ba 및 Ca의 합계 함유량을 C몰, Ti의 함유량을 D몰이라고 했을 때에 C/D≥1.003의 관계를 만족하는 것을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 세라믹 콘덴서의 제법.
