Claims (3)
- 원통형 알루미늄 기판 표면을 절삭 가공하는 단계와,상기 절삭 가공 이후에 원통형 알루미늄 기판 표면을 수계 세정제로 탈지 세정하는 단계와,상기 탈지 세정 이후에 필러(filler)를 함유하는 도포층을 원통형 알루미늄 기판 상에 도포 형성하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 원통형 알루미늄 기판으로서, Ni 농도가 중량 비율로 50 ppm 이하인 것을 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 사진 감광체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필러로서 산화 티탄을 이용하는 것인 전자 사진 감광체의 제조 방법.
- 전자 사진용 원통형 알루미늄 기판으로서,상기 원통형 알루미늄 기판의 표면은 절삭 가공되고, 상기 절삭 가공 후에, 상기 원통형 알루미늄 기판의 표면은 수계 세정제로 탈지 세정되며, 상기 탈지 세정 후에, 상기 원통형 알루미늄 기판 상에는 필러를 함유하는 도포층이 도포 형성되고,상기 원통형 알루미늄 기판은 Ni 농도가 중량 비율로 50 ppm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 사진용 원통형 알루미늄 기판.
