Abstract
Description
Claims (18)
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 비닐 변성 에폭시에스테르 수지(A)가 15∼40의 산가를 갖는 비닐 변성 에폭시에스테르 수지를 염기성 화합물로 중화하여 이루어지는 수지인, 수성 도료용 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 일반식(I)으로 표시되는 말단 카르복시기 함유 구조가 n=2이며, R1이 탄소수 5의 알킬렌기인, 수성 도료용 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 비닐 변성 에폭시에스테르 수지(A) 중에 있어서의 상기 일반식(I)으로 표시되는 말단 카르복시기 함유 구조로서, 일부 또는 전부가 염기성 화합물로 중화되어 있는 구조의 중량 비율이 0.5∼22중량%인, 수성 도료용 수지 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 비닐 변성 에폭시에스테르 수지(A) 중에 있어서의 상기 일반식(II)으로 표시되는 폴리알킬렌옥사이드 구조의 중량 비율이 1∼10중량%인, 수성 도료용 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 비닐 변성 에폭시에스테르 수지(A)가 1,000∼10,000의 수평균 분자량을 갖는 수지인, 수성 도료용 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,비닐 변성 에폭시에스테르 수지(A) 및 물과 함께 유기 용제를 함유하고, 유기 용제의 함유율이 0∼3중량%인, 수성 도료용 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 비닐 변성 에폭시에스테르 수지(A)가, 에폭시 수지가 갖는 에폭시기 또는 수산기와, 불포화 지방산이 갖는 카르복시기가 반응해서 얻어지는 불포화 지방산 변성 에폭시에스테르 수지가 갖는 불포화 결합의 일부 또는 전부에 상기 일반식(I)으로 표시되는 말단 카르복시기 함유 구조를 갖는 비닐 단량체와 기타 비닐 단량체를 중합시켜 얻어지는 수지를 염기성 화합물로 중화하여 이루어지는 수지인, 수성 도료용 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 수성 도료용 수지 조성물과 안료 를 함유하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 도료.
- 에폭시 수지가 갖는 에폭시기, 또는 에폭시기 및 수산기와, 불포화 지방산이 갖는 카르복시기를 반응시켜 얻어지는 불포화 지방산 변성 에폭시에스테르 수지가 갖는 불포화 결합의 일부 또는 전부에 하기 일반식(I)(n은 1∼10, R1은 탄소수 2∼18의 알킬렌기를 나타낸다)으로 표시되는 말단 카르복시기 함유 구조를 갖는 비닐 단량체(a1)와 기타 비닐 단량체(a2)를 중합시켜 얻어지는 비닐 변성 에폭시에스테르 수지(A1)의 유기 용제 용액을 준비하는 공정과,상기 유기 용제 용액과, 염기성 화합물과, 물을 사용하여,상기 유기 용제 용액 중의 비닐 변성 에폭시에스테르 수지(A1)에 함유되어 있는 카르복시기의 일부 또는 전부의 염기성 화합물에 의한 중화와, 비닐 변성 에폭시에스테르 수지(A1)의 중화물의 유기 용제 용액과 물의 혼합에 의한 비닐 변성 에폭시에스테르 수지(A1)의 중화물의 수중에의 전상(轉相, phase inversion) 유화를 행하는 공정과,전상 유화후에, 유기 용제의 일부 또는 전부를 제거하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 도료용 수지 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 비닐 변성 에폭시에스테르 수지(A1)의 유기 용제 용액이 상기 불포화 지방산 변성 에폭시에스테르 수지가 갖는 불포화 결합의 일부 또는 전부에 상기 일반식(I)으로 표시되는 말단 카르복시기 함유 구조를 갖는 비닐 단량체(a1)와 기타 비닐 단량체(a2)를 유기 용제 중에서 중합시켜 얻어지는 유기 용제 용액인, 수성 도료용 수지 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 염기성 화합물이 암모니아수인, 수성 도료용 수지 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 비닐 변성 에폭시에스테르 수지(A1)가 15∼40의 산가를 갖는 수지인, 수성 도료용 수지 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 일반식(I)으로 표시되는 말단 카르복시기 함유 구조가 n=2이며, R1이 탄소수 5의 알킬렌기인, 수성 도료용 수지 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 비닐 변성 에폭시에스테르 수지(A1) 중에 있어서의 상기 일반식(I)으로 표시되는 말단 카르복시기 함유 구조로서, 일부 또는 전부가 염기성 화합물로 중화되어 있는 구조의 중량 비율이 0.5∼22중량%인, 수성 도료용 수지 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제11항 내지 제17항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,유기 용제의 함유율이 0∼3중량%가 될 때까지 유기 용제를 제거하는, 수성 도료용 수지 조성물의 제조 방법.
