Abstract
Description
Claims (12)
- 흑연 재료를 부극 활성 물질로서 포함하는 부극, 코발트산리튬을 정극 활성 물질로서 포함하는 정극, 및 비수성 전해액을 구비하는 비수성 전해질 이차 전지에 있어서,상기 코발트산리튬이 지르코늄 및 마그네슘을 포함하며, 상기 지르코늄의 함유량이 0.05 내지 2.0 mol%이고, 상기 마그네슘의 함유량이 0.1 내지 2.0 mol%이며, 상기 비수성 전해액이 술포닐기를 갖는 화합물을 0.2 내지 1.5 중량% 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수성 전해질 이차 전지.

- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비수성 전해액이 추가로 비닐렌카르보네이트를 0.5 내지 4 중량% 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수성 전해질 이차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 술포닐기를 갖는 화합물이 1,4-부탄디올디메탄술포네이트, 디비닐술폰, 디메틸술폰, 에틸메틸술폰, 디에틸술폰, 에틸비닐술폰, 에틸렌글리콜 디메탄술포네이트, 1,3-프로판디올디메탄술포네이트, 1,5-펜탄디올디메탄술포네이트 및 1,4-부탄디올디에탄술포네이트 중 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 비수성 전해질 이차 전지.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 술포닐기를 갖는 화합물이 1,4-부탄디올디메탄술포네이트 및 디비닐술폰 중 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 비수성 전해질 이차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비수성 전해액이 술포닐기를 갖는 화합물로서 1,4-부탄디올디메탄술포네이트를 0.5 내지 1.5 중량% 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수성 전해질 이차 전지.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 비수성 전해액이 술포닐기를 갖는 화합물로서 디비닐술폰을 0.2 내지 0.5 중량% 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수성 전해질 이차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비수성 전해액이 용매로서 디에틸카르보네이트를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수성 전해질 이차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 충전 종지 전압을 4.3 V로 한 경우의 정극 충전 용량에 대한 부극 충전 용량의 비가 1.0 내지 1.2가 되도록 상기 정극 활성 물질 및 상기 부극 활성 물질이 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수성 전해질 이차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 충전 종지 전압을 4.4 V로 한 경우의 정극 충전 용량에 대한 부극 충전 용량의 비가 1.0 내지 1.2가 되도록 상기 정극 활성 물질 및 상기 부극 활성 물질이 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수성 전해질 이차 전지.
- 흑연 재료를 부극 활성 물질로서 포함하는 부극,지르코늄 및 마그네슘을 포함하며, 상기 지르코늄의 함유량이 0.05 내지 2.0 mol%이고, 상기 마그네슘의 함유량이 0.1 내지 2.0 mol%인 코발트산리튬을 정극 활성 물질로서 포함하는 정극, 및비수성 전해액을 구비하는 비수성 전해질 이차 전지에 사용하는 전해액이며, 술포닐기를 갖는 화합물을 0.2 내지 1.5 중량% 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수성 전해질 이차 전지용 전해액.
