EP-A-0 908 343은 구동 샤프트, 엔진 구동 샤프트에 정렬된 주 샤프트에 연결된 로터를 구비한 전기 장치, 엔진 구동 샤프트 및 전기 장치 로터 사이에 개재된 클러치, 주 샤프트와 휠축 사이에 개재된 CVT를 구비하는 트랜스미션을 포함하는 하이브리드 구동 조립체를 개시한다.
상당히 복잡하며 스쿠터와 같은 소형 차량에 사용되기에는 적합하지 않고, 전술한 바와같은 공지의 하이브리드 구동 조립체는, 특히 CVT에서, 전기 장치가 발전기(재생식 브레이크)로서 작동할 때 트랜스미션 유니트로부터 상류 방향으로 위치되어 에너지 복원 효율이 감소되는 단점이 있다.

- 하나 이상의 구동 휠(2)을 가진 차량용 하이브리드 구동 조립체(1)로서, 상기 구동 조립체는,- 구동 샤프트(4)를 가진 내연 기관 엔진(3)과,- 상기 구동 휠(2)에 각을 이루어 연결된 프로펠러 샤프트(6)와;- 상기 구동 샤프트(4)와 상기 프로펠러 샤프트(6) 사이에 개재되며, 상기 구동 샤프트(4)에 각을 이루어 연결된 구동 플리(10)와 상기 프로펠러 샤프트(6)에 연결된 종동 풀리(11)를 가지는 CVT 트랜스미션(7)과;- 상기 종동 풀리(11)와 상기 프로펠러 샤프트(6) 사이에 개재되며, 상기 종동 풀리(11)에 연결될 수 있는 허브 형상의 구동 부재(20)와, 상기 프로펠러 샤프트(6)와 일체를 이루는 벨 형상의 종동 부재(26)를 가지는 원심 클러치(8)와;- 상기 내연 기관 엔진(3)과 결합되어 선택적으로 작동하는 전기 장치(32);를 포함하는,하이브리드 구동 조립체(1)에 있어서,상기 전기 장치(32)는 상기 원심 클러치(8)의 종동 부재(26)의 측벽(25)과 외측 방향으로 동축(coaxial)이면서 일체를 이루는 로터(35)를 포함하며,상기 구동 부재(20)를 상기 종동 풀리(11)에 선택적으로 연결하기 위하여 상기 종동 풀리(11)와 상기 원심 클러치(8)의 구동 부재(20) 사이에는 커플링(51)이 개재되는 것을 특징으로 하는,하이브리드 구동 조립체.

- 제 9 항에 있어서,다수의 입력 신호(Sa, Sf, Ss)에 응답하여, 내연 기관 엔진(3)만이 작동되는 연소 모드와, 상기 전기 장치(32)가 로터로서 작동하고 상기 내연 기관 엔진(3)이 작동하지 않는 전기 모드, 상기 내연 기관 엔진(3)과 전기 장치(32) 모두 작동하며 상기 구동 휠(2)에 연결되는 병렬 하이브리드 모드와, 상기 내연 기관 엔진이 상기 구동 휠(2)로부터 분리되고 상기 발전기(37)를 구동하는 직렬 하이브리드 모드와 같은 적어도 하나의 모드를 포함하는 다수의 작동 모드에서 상기 내연 기관 엔진(3)과 상기 전기 장치(32)를 제어하는 제어 유니트(38)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 구동 조립체.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 구동 조립체(1)의 상기 작동 모드를 선택하는 선택수단(46)을 구비하며, 상기 입력 신호(Sa, Sf, Ss)는 상기 선택수단(46)에 의해 생성된 다수의 입력 신호(Ss)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 구동 조립체.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 입력 신호(Sa, Sf, Ss)는 가속기 부재(44)의 위치를 나타내는 신호(Sa)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 구동 조립체.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 입력 신호(Sa, Sf, Ss)는 상기 차량의 제동 제어 부재(45)상의 운동을 나타내는 신호(Sf)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 구동 조립체.
- 제 1 항, 제 5 항, 제 7 항, 제 9 항, 제 10 항, 제 11 항, 제 12 항, 또는 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 하이드리드 구동 조립체(1)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 적어도 하나의 구동 휠(2)을 가진 차량.
