Claims (7)
- 아연 기재 합금으로 코팅한 제1 강판 (1);아연 기재 합금으로 코팅한 제2 강판 (4); 및아연 기재 합금으로 코팅한 제1 강판과 아연 기재 합금으로 코팅한 제2 강판을 접합하는 용접부위 (5,6)를 포함하고,상기 용접부위가 질량 퍼센트 (%)로:C: 0.01 - 0.1;Si: 0.1 - 1;Mn: 0.5 - 2.5;Ni: 5 - 11; 및Cr: 17 - 25;를 포함하고, 나머지는 철 및 잔여 불순물이며,하기 식 (1), (2) 및 (3):-0.81 x Cr 당량 + 23.2 ≤ Ni 당량 ≤ 0.95 x Cr 당량 - 8.1 ... (1)Ni 당량 = Ni + 30 x C + 0.5 x Mn + 30 x N ... (2)Cr 당량 = Cr + Mo + 1.5 x Si ... (3)(여기서, Ni, C, Mn, N, Cr, Mo 및 Si 각각은 용접부위 중에 함유하는 각 성분 원소들의 함유량 (질량 %)을 나타냄)을 충족하는 용접 접합부.
- 아연 기재 합금으로 코팅한 제1 강판 (1) 및 아연 기재 합금으로 코팅한 제2 강판 (4)을 고체 와이어 또는 플럭스 코어드 와이어를 사용하여 용접하여, 아연 기재 합금으로 코팅한 제1 강판과 아연 기재 합금으로 코팅한 제2 강판을 접합하는 용접부위 (5,6)를 형성하고,상기 고체 와이어 또는 플럭스 코어드 와이어는 총 와이어 질량당 질량 (%)로 하기의 금속 성분:C: 0.01 - 0.05;Si: 0.1 - 1;Mn: 0.5 - 3;Ni: 7 - 12;Cr: 24 - 30; 및Mo: 2 이하 또는 N: 0.17 이하 중 하나 이상을 포함하고, 나머지는 철 및 잔여 불순물이고,상기 용접부위는 질량 퍼센트 (%)로:C: 0.01 - 0.1;Si: 0.1 - 1;Mn: 0.5 - 2.5;Ni: 5 - 11;Cr: 17 - 25; 를 포함하고,나머지는 철 및 잔여 불순물이며,하기 식 (1), (2) 및 (3):-0.81 x Cr 당량 + 23.2 ≤ Ni 당량 ≤ 0.95 x Cr 당량 - 8.1 ... (1)Ni 당량 = Ni + 30 x C + 0.5 x Mn + 30 x N ... (2)Cr 당량 = Cr + Mo + 1.5 x Si ... (3)(여기서, Ni, C, Mn, N, Cr, Mo 및 Si 각각은 용접부위 중에 함유하는 각 성분 원소들의 함유량 (질량 %)을 나타냄)을 충족하는 것인, 용접 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 플럭스 코어드 와이어가 총 와이어 질량당 질량 (%)로 슬래그 성분:TiO2: 0.5 - 2.5;SiO2: 1.5 - 3.5; 및ZrO2: 0.5 - 2.5,를 포함하고, 상기 슬래그 성분의 총량은 6.5 내지 9.5를 범위로 하는 용접 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아연 기재 합금으로 코팅한 강판의 아연 기재 합금 코팅이 질량 (%)로:Al: 2 - 19;Mg: 1 - 10; 및Si: 0.01 - 2를 포함하고, 나머지가 아연 및 잔여 불순물인 용접 접합부.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아연 기재 합금으로 코팅한 강판이 3mm 이상의 두께를 가지고, 여기서 용접 접합부의 형태가 필렛 용접 접합부인 용접 접합부.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용접부위가 질량 퍼센트 (%)로:Mo: 0.5-2; 및N: 0.05-0.15를 더 포함하는 것인, 용접 접합부.
