Abstract
기판 상에, 양극, 정공 수송층, 유기 발광층 및 음극을 갖는 유기 전계 발광 소자로서, 유기 발광층에는 부분 구조로서 피리딘 고리, 피라진 고리 또는 트리아진 고리를 갖는 유기 화합물이 함유되어 있고, 또한,정공 수송층에는 하기 식 (Ⅰ) 로 표시되는 모노아민 화합물이 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
(식 중, R1 ∼ R9 는, 수소 원자, 아릴기 또는 알킬기를 나타낸다. R1 ∼ R9 는 각각 동일할 수도 상이할 수도 있다. R1 ∼ R9 가 아릴기 또는 알킬기인 경우에는, R1 ∼ R9 는 추가로 치환기로서 아릴기 또는 알킬기를 가지고 있어도 된다.)

Claims (3)
- 하기 일반식 (Ⅰ) 로 표시되는 화합물로서,
당해 화합물의 분자 내에 하기 식 (Ⅰ-1) 로 표시되는 부분 구조를 갖고,
또한 당해 화합물의 유리 전이 온도가 90℃ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 모노아민 화합물:
(상기 일반식 (Ⅰ) 중, R1 ∼ R7 및 R9 는, 수소 원자, 아릴기 또는 알킬기를 나타내고, 또한 R1 ∼ R7 및 R9 가 아릴기 또는 알킬기인 경우에는, R1 ∼ R7 및 R9 는 추가로 치환기로서 아릴기 또는 알킬기를 가지고 있어도 된다. R8 은 치환기를 가지고 있어도 되는 페닐기이다. R1 ∼ R7 및 R9 는 각각 동일할 수도 상이할 수도 있다.) - 제 1 항에 기재된 모노아민 화합물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전하 수송 재료.
- 기판 상에, 양극, 유기 발광층 및 음극을 갖는 유기 전계 발광 소자로서, 그 양극 및 그 음극 사이에, 제 1 항에 기재된 모노아민 화합물을 함유하는 층을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
