Claims (7)
- 기판상에, 양극, 유기층 및 음극이 적층되어 이루어지는 유기 전계발광 소자로서, 적어도 1층의 유기층이 호스트제와 도프제를 포함하는 발광층이며, 상기 호스트제로서, 하기 일반식 II로 표현되는 화합물을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광 소자.(식 중, Ar4~Ar6은 각각 독립적으로 수소 또는 치환기를 가지고 있어도 좋은 방향족탄화수소환기 혹은 방향족복소환기를 나타내는데, 적어도 1개는 수소 이외의 기를 나타내고, X2는 -0-, -S-, >CO, >SO2, >NAr7 또는 >SiAr8Ar9를 나타낸다. 또한 Ar7~Ar9는 치환기를 가지고 있어도 좋은 방향족탄화수소환기 또는 방향족복소환기를 나타낸다.)
- 제1항에 있어서, X2가, >NAr7 또는 >SiAr8Ar9인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광 소자.
- 제2항에 있어서, X2가, >NAr7 또는 >SiAr8Ar9이며, Ar7 및 Ar8과 Ar9의 적어도 일방이 치환기를 가지고 있어도 좋은 방향족복소환기인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 도프제가, 인광발광성의 오르토메탈화 금속착체 및 포르피린 금속착체에서 선택되는 적어도 하나를 함유하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광 소자.
- 제4항에 있어서, 금속착체의 중심금속이, 루테늄, 로듐, 팔라듐, 은, 레늄, 오스뮴, 이리듐, 백금 및 금에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 금속인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광 소자.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 발광층과 음극과의 사이에 정공저지층을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광 소자.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 발광층과 음극과의 사이에 전자수송층을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광 소자.
