Claims (11)

  1. 一種有機電場發光元件,係於基板上具有陽極、電洞輸送層、有機發光層以及陰極者,其特徵在於:於有機發光層中,含有具有吡啶環、吡環或者三環作為部分結構之有機化合物,並且,於電洞輸送層中含有以下述式(I)表示之分子量2500以下之單胺化合物; (式中,R1 ~R9 表示氫原子、芳基或者碳數28以下之烷基;R1 ~R9 分別可相同亦可不同;R1 ~R9 為芳基或者碳數28以下之烷基之情形時,R1 ~R9 亦可進而具有芳基或者碳數20以下之烷基作為取代基)。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項之有機電場發光元件,其中,以式(I)表示之單胺化合物之玻璃轉移溫度為90℃以上。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1或2項之有機電場發光元件,其中,具有吡啶環、吡環或者三環作為部分結構之有機化合物,進而具有N-苯基咔唑環作為部分結構。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第3項之有機電場發光元件,其中,有機發光層含有發光材料與主體材料,該主體材料係具有吡啶環、吡環或者三環作為部分結構之有機化合物。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第4項之有機電場發光元件,其中, 該發光材料係有機金屬錯合物。
  6. 一種單胺化合物,其特徵在於以下述式(Ⅱ)表示,且分子量2500以下: (式中,R11 ~R22 表示氫原子、芳基或者碳數28以下之烷基;R11 ~R22 分別可相同亦可不同;其中,R11 ~R22 之任一者為芳基或者碳數28以下之烷基;R11 ~R22 為芳基或者碳數28以下之烷基之情形時,R11 ~R22 亦可進而具有芳基或者碳數20以下之烷基作為取代基;又,R11 ~R22 亦可與鄰接之取代基鍵結而形成環)。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第6項之單胺化合物,其中,上述式(Ⅱ)係以下述式(Ⅱ-1)表示: (式中,R23 ~R26 表示氫原子、芳基或者碳數28以下之烷基;R23 ~R26 分別可相同亦可不同;其中,R23 ~R26 之任一者為芳基或者碳數28以下之烷基;R23 ~R26 為芳基或者碳數28以下之烷基之情形時,R23 ~R26 亦可進而具有芳基或者碳數20以下之烷基作為取代基;又,R23 ~R26 亦可與鄰接之取代基鍵結而形成環)。
  8. 一種單胺化合物,其特徵在於以下述式(Ⅲ)表示,且分子量2500以下: (式中,R30 ~R35 表示氫原子、芳基或者碳數28以下之烷基;R30 ~R35 分別可相同亦可不同;其中,R30 ~R35 之任一者為芳基或者碳數28以下之烷基;R30 ~R35 為芳基或者碳數28以下之烷基之情形時,R30 ~R35 亦可進而具有芳基或者碳數20以下之烷基作為取代基;又,R30 ~R35 亦可與鄰接之取代基鍵結而形成環)。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第8項之單胺化合物,其中,上述式(Ⅲ)係以下述式(Ⅲ-1)表示: (式中,R34 ~R37 表示氫原子、芳基或者碳數28以下之烷基;R34 ~R37 分別可相同亦可不同;其中,R34 ~R37 之任一者為芳基或者碳數28以下之烷基;R34 ~R37 為芳基或者碳數28以下之烷基之情形時,R34 ~R37 亦可進而具有芳基或者碳數20以下之烷基作為取代基;又,R34 ~R37 亦可與鄰接之取代基鍵結而形成環)。
  10. 一種電荷輸送材料,其特徵在於:含有申請專利範圍第6至9項中任一項之單胺化合物。
  11. 一種有機電場發光元件,係於基板上具有陽極、有機發光層以及陰極者,其特徵在於:於該陽極及該陰極之間,具有含申請專利範圍第6至9項中任一項之單胺化合物的層。
