Claims (8)
- 적어도 장파일부와 단파일부로 구성되는 단차 파일 직물에 있어서, 단면 형상이 편평인 섬유를 단파일부로서 파일부 전체에 대하여 30∼70중량%의 비율로 함유하고, 장파일부의 평균 파일 길이와 단파일부의 평균 파일 길이의 차가 1∼5mm이고, 장파일부를 구성하는 섬유의 섬도(DL)가 0.7∼8데시텍스의 범위이며, 단파일부를 구성하는 섬유의 섬도(DS)와의 비가 0.1<DL/DS<1.0의 관계식을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 파일 직물.
- 제1항에 있어서,장파일부를 구성하는 섬유의 섬도(DL)가 1.5∼6데시텍스의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 파일 직물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,단파일부를 구성하는 섬유의 섬유 단면의 편평비가 5∼15의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 파일 직물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,단파일부를 구성하는 섬유의 섬도(DS)가 5∼12데시텍스의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 파일 직물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,단파일부를 구성하는 섬유가, 건열수축률이 10∼40%인 수축성 섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 파일 직물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,적어도 장파일부를 구성하는 섬유의 표면에, 오르가노폴리실록산이 부착되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 파일 직물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,장파일부의 평균 파일 길이가 12∼25mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 파일 직물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,적어도 단파일부를 구성하는 섬유가, 아크릴로니트릴에 유래하는 반복 단위를 35∼98중량% 함유하는 아크릴로니트릴계 폴리머로 이루어지는 아크릴계 섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 파일 직물.
