Claims (18)
- 다수의 셀이 셀벽을 사이에 두고 길이 방향으로 병렬 형성된 기둥 형상의 복수의 허니컴 소성체와, 상기 허니컴 소성체의 측면 사이에 위치하면서 상기 허니컴 소성체의 측면 사이를 접착하는 접착제층과, 상기 허니컴 소성체의 측면 사이에 배치된 간격 유지재로 이루어지는 세라믹 블록과,상기 세라믹 블록의 외주면에 형성된 시일재층으로 이루어지고,상기 간격 유지재는 영률이 0.001 ∼ 0.07㎬ 인 불연성 재료로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 구조체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 간격 유지재는 700℃ 에서 소실되지 않는 재료로 이루어지는 허니컴 구조체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 간격 유지재는 섬유지 또는 무기 충전지로 이루어지는 허니컴 구조체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 간격 유지재는 섬유와 무기 입자를 함유하는 허니컴 구조체.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 섬유는 알루미나 섬유, 지르코니아 섬유, 알루미나-실리카 섬유, 실리카 섬유, 규산칼슘 섬유, 규산마그네슘 섬유, 암면 섬유, 유리 섬유, 광물 섬유, 합성 섬유로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 적어도 1 종인 허니컴 구조체.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 무기 입자는 실리카, 티타니아, 알루미나, 지르코니아, 스피넬, 마그네시아, 수산화알루미늄, 탄산칼슘, 탤크, 규산칼슘, 규산마그네슘, 펄라이트, 버미큘라이트, 규조토로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 적어도 1 종인 허니컴 구조체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 간격 유지재는 직육면체 형상인 허니컴 구조체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 접착제층의 두께는 간격 유지재의 두께와 동일한 허니컴 구조체.
- 세라믹 원료를 성형함으로써, 다수의 셀이 셀벽을 사이에 두고 길이 방향으로 병렬 형성된 기둥 형상의 허니컴 성형체를 제작하는 성형 공정과,상기 허니컴 성형체를 소성하여 허니컴 소성체를 제작하는 소성 공정과,상기 허니컴 소성체의 측면 사이에 간격 유지재를 배치하여 접착제 페이스트층을 형성하고, 접착제 페이스트층을 가열 고화하고 복수의 상기 허니컴 소성체를 결속시켜 세라믹 블록을 제작하는 결속 공정을 포함하고,상기 간격 유지재는 영률이 0.001 ∼ 0.07㎬ 인 불연성 재료로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 구조체의 제조 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 간격 유지재는 700℃ 에서 소실되지 않는 재료로 이루어지는 허니컴 구조체의 제조 방법.
- 제 9 항 또는 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 간격 유지재는 섬유지 또는 무기 충전지로 이루어지는 허니컴 구조체의 제조 방법.
- 제 9 항 또는 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 간격 유지재는 섬유와 무기 입자를 함유하는 허니컴 구조체의 제조 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 섬유는 알루미나 섬유, 지르코니아 섬유, 알루미나-실리카 섬유, 실리카 섬유, 규산칼슘 섬유, 규산마그네슘 섬유, 암면 섬유, 유리 섬유, 광물 섬유, 합성 섬유로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 적어도 1 종인 허니컴 구조체의 제조 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 무기 입자는 실리카, 티타니아, 알루미나, 지르코니아, 스피넬, 마그네시아, 수산화알루미늄, 탄산칼슘, 탤크, 규산칼슘, 규산마그네슘, 펄라이트, 버미큘라이트, 규조토로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 적어도 1 종인 허니컴 구조체의 제조 방법.
- 제 9 항 또는 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 결속 공정 이후의 상기 세라믹 블록의 외주를 연삭하는 외주 연삭 공정과, 외주를 연삭한 상기 세라믹 블록의 외주면에 시일재층을 형성하는 시일재층 형성 공정을 포함하는 허니컴 구조체의 제조 방법.
- 제 9 항 또는 제 10 항에 있어서,복수 종류의 허니컴 소성체를 제작하고, 상기 결속 공정에서 상기 복수 종류의 허니컴 소성체를 결속시켜 세라믹 블록을 제작하는 허니컴 구조체의 제조 방법.
- 제 9 항 또는 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 셀의 어느 한 일방을 밀봉하는 밀봉 공정을 포함하는 허니컴 구조체의 제조 방법.
- 제 9 항 또는 제 10 항에 있어서,촉매를 함유하는 용액에 상기 허니컴 구조체를 침지함으로써 상기 셀벽에 촉매를 담지시키는 촉매 담지 공정을 포함하는 허니컴 구조체의 제조 방법.
