Claims (17)
- 자동차를 구동하는 힘을 발생시키는 모터와 상기 자동차의 구동휠 사이에 변속기를 구비한 자동차의 부하구동장치에 있어서,상기 모터를 구동하는 구동장치;직류 전원으로부터 직류 전압을 받아 상기 직류 전압을 업컨버팅하고, 상기 업컨버팅된 전압을 상기 구동장치에 공급하는 업컨버터; 및상기 업컨버팅된 전압을 설정하고, 상기 모터의 출력을 토대로, 상기 설정된 업컨버팅된 전압을 발생시키도록 상기 업컨버터를 제어하는 업컨버전제어부를 포함하여 이루어지고,상기 업컨버전제어부는, 상기 변속기의 기어 변속 시 상기 모터의 출력의 변화와 관계없이 상기 업컨버팅된 전압을 일정한 값으로 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부하구동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 업컨버전제어부는 상기 변속기의 기어 변속 시 상기 업컨버팅된 전압을 설정하되, 상기 업컨버팅된 전압은 상기 변속기의 기어 변속 개시 시에 가정한 업컨버팅된 전압인 것을 특징으로 하는 부하구동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 구동장치는 상기 모터를 제어하기 위해 인가되는 제어모드로서 사각파제어모드를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 부하구동장치.
- 자동차를 구동하는 힘을 발생시키는 모터와 상기 자동차의 구동휠 사이에 변속기를 구비한 자동차의 부하구동장치에 있어서,상기 모터를 구동하는 구동장치;직류 전원으로부터 직류 전압을 받아 상기 직류 전압을 업컨버팅하고, 상기 업컨버팅된 전압을 상기 구동장치에 공급하는 업컨버터;상기 업컨버팅된 전압을 설정하고, 상기 모터의 출력을 토대로, 상기 설정된 업컨버팅된 전압을 발생시키도록 상기 업컨버터를 제어하는 업컨버전제어부; 및상기 변속기의 기어 변속 시 상기 모터의 토크 출력을 낮추기 위해 상기 구동장치를 제어하는 토크제어부를 포함하여 이루어지고,상기 업컨버전제어부는, 상기 토크제어부가 상기 모터의 상기 토크 출력을 감소시킴에 따라, 상기 변속기의 기어 변속 시에 상기 업컨버팅된 전압이 감소되는 것을 방지하도록 상기 업컨버터를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부하구동장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 업컨버전제어부는 상기 변속기의 기어 변속 시 상기 업컨버팅된 전압을 일정한 값으로 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부하구동장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 업컨버전제어부는 상기 변속기의 기어 변속 시 상기 업컨버팅된 전압을 설정하되, 상기 업컨버팅된 전압은 상기 변속기의 기어 변속 개시 시에 가정한 업컨버팅된 전압인 것을 특징으로 하는 부하구동장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 업컨버전제어부는 상기 변속기의 기어 변속 시 상기 업컨버팅된 전압을 설정하되, 상기 업컨버팅된 전압은 제어가능한 최대 전압인 것을 특징으로 하는 부하구동장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 구동장치는 상기 모터를 제어하기 위해 인가되는 제어모드로서 사각파제어모드를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 부하구동장치.
- 자동차를 구동하는 힘을 발생시키는 모터와 상기 자동차의 구동휠 사이에 변속기를 구비한 자동차의 부하구동장치에 있어서,상기 모터를 구동하는 구동장치;직류 전원으로부터 직류 전압을 받아 상기 직류 전압을 업컨버팅하고, 상기 업컨버팅된 전압을 상기 구동장치에 공급하는 업컨버터; 및상기 업컨버팅된 전압을 설정하고, 상기 모터의 출력을 토대로, 상기 설정된 업컨버팅된 전압을 발생시키도록 상기 업컨버터를 제어하기 위한 업컨버전제어수단을 포함하여 이루어지고,상기 업컨버전제어수단은 상기 변속기의 기어 변속 시 상기 모터의 출력의 변화와 관계없이 상기 업컨버팅된 전압을 일정한 값으로 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부하구동장치.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 업컨버전제어수단은 상기 변속기의 기어 변속 시 상기 업컨버팅된 전압을 설정하되, 상기 업컨버팅된 전압은 상기 변속기의 기어 변속 개시 시에 가정한 업컨버팅된 전압인 것을 특징으로 하는 부하구동장치.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 구동장치는 상기 모터를 제어하기 위해 인가되는 제어모드로서 사각파제어모드를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 부하구동장치.
- 자동차를 구동하는 힘을 발생시키는 모터와 상기 자동차의 구동휠 사이에 변속기를 구비한 자동차의 부하구동장치에 있어서,상기 모터를 구동하는 구동장치;직류 전원으로부터 직류 전압을 받아 상기 직류 전압을 업컨버팅하고, 상기 업컨버팅된 전압을 상기 구동장치에 공급하는 업컨버터;상기 업컨버팅된 전압을 설정하고, 상기 모터의 출력을 토대로, 상기 설정된 업컨버팅된 전압을 발생시키도록 상기 업컨버터를 제어하기 위한 업컨버전제어수단; 및상기 변속기의 기어 변속 시 상기 모터의 토크 출력을 낮추기 위해 상기 구 동장치를 제어하는 토크제어수단을 포함하여 이루어지고,상기 업컨버전제어수단은, 상기 토크제어수단이 상기 모터의 상기 토크 출력을 감소시킴에 따라, 상기 변속기의 기어 변속 시에 상기 업컨버팅된 전압이 감소되는 것을 방지하도록 상기 업컨버터를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부하구동장치.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 업컨버전제어수단은 상기 변속기의 기어 변속 시 상기 업컨버팅된 전압을 일정한 값으로 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부하구동장치.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 업컨버전제어수단은 상기 변속기의 기어 변속 시 상기 업컨버팅된 전압을 설정하되, 상기 업컨버팅된 전압은 상기 변속기의 기어 변속 개시 시에 가정한 업컨버팅된 전압인 것을 특징으로 하는 부하구동장치.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 업컨버전제어수단은 상기 변속기의 기어 변속 시 상기 업컨버팅된 전압을 설정하되, 상기 업컨버팅된 전압은 제어가능한 최대 전압인 것을 특징으로 하는 부하구동장치.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 구동장치는 상기 모터를 제어하기 위해 인가되는 제어모드로서 사각파제어모드를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 부하구동장치.
- 자동차에 있어서,상기 자동차를 구동하는 힘을 발생시키는 모터;상기 모터와 상기 자동차의 구동휠 사이에 제공된 변속기; 및제1항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 부하구동장치를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차.
