Abstract
Description
또, 본 발명에 관계되는 내화물은 청구항 1의 내화물에 있어서, 상기 카본 본드에는, 입자경이 1000nm 이하의 전이 금속 또는 전이 금속염(이하, 「전이 금속 또는 전이 금속염」을 합쳐서 「전이 금속 등」이라고 한다.)을 포함하는 미립자가 분산된 상태로 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 한다. (청구항 2)
Claims (19)
- 기재 입자 간에 카본 본드가 형성된 내화물에 있어서,상기 카본 본드에는 직경 50nm 이하의 탄소 섬유상 조직이 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 카본 본드에는 입자경이 1000nm 이하의 전이 금속 또는 전이 금속염을 포함하는 미립자가 분산된 상태로 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 카본 본드에는 입자경이 1000nm 이하의, 탄소의 미세 섬유화를 촉진하는 금속 또는 금속염의 촉매(이하 「금속 촉매」라고 한다.)를 포함하는 미립자가분산된 상태로 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 카본 본드에는,유기 바인더 및 상기 기재 입자에, 액체상, 입경 1000nm 이하의 미립자가용매 중에 분산된 콜로이드상 또는 현탁액상의, 전이 금속 또는 전이 금속염의 용액인 금속 용액을 첨가하여 이루어지는 출발 원료를 혼합하고 열처리함으로써 결합조직 내부에 석출된 금속 함유 나노 입자가 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 카본 본드에는,유기 바인더 및 상기 기재 입자에, 액체상, 입경 1000nm 이하의 미립자가용매 중에 분산된 콜로이드상 또는 현탁액상의, 탄소의 미세 섬유화를 촉진하는 금속 촉매의 용액인 금속 용액을 첨가하여 이루어지는 출발 원료를 혼합하고 열처리함으로써 결합 조직 내부에 석출된 금속 함유 나노 입자가 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,페놀 수지, 타르, 또는 피치의 어느 하나 혹은 이들을 임의로 조합한 혼합물로 이루어지는 유기 바인더와, 액체상, 입경 1000nm 이하의 미립자가 용매 중에 분산된 콜로이드상 또는 현탁액상의, 전이 금속 또는 전이 금속염의 용액인 금속 용액과, 기재 입자를 포함하는 출발 원료를 혼련하고 열처리함으로써 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 내화물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,페놀 수지, 타르, 또는 피치의 어느 하나 혹은 이들을 임의로 조합한 혼합물로 이루어지는 유기 바인더와, 액체상, 입경 1000nm 이하의 미립자가 용매 중에 분산된 콜로이드상 또는 현탁액상의, 탄소의 미세 섬유화를 촉진하는 금속 촉매의 용액인 금속 용액과, 기재 입자를 포함하는 출발 원료를 혼련하고 열처리함으로써 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 내화물.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 금속 용액은 유기 바인더와의 상용성을 가지는 유기 금속 화합물의 용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 내화물.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 열처리는 환원 분위기 또는 비산화 분위기 중에서 행해진 것인 것을 특징으로 하는 내화물.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,상기 카본 본드에 함유된 전이 금속 혹은 전이 금속염 또는 금속 촉매는 Ni,Co, Fe, Ti, Zr, Cr, Mn, Cu, Pt, Rh, Pd의 어느 것인가의 전이 금속 혹은 그 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 내화물.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,상기 카본 본드 내에 포함되는 전이 금속 혹은 전이 금속염 또는 금속 촉매의 양이 내화물 전체의 1wt% 이하(0wt%는 제외한다)인 것을 특징으로 하는 내화물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 기재 입자에는 내화 골재 및 탄소 기질 원료의 입자가 포함되는 것을특징으로 하는 내화물.
- 페놀 수지, 타르, 또는 피치의 어느 하나 혹은 이들을 임의로 조합한 혼합물로 이루어지는 유기 바인더와, 액체상, 입경 1000nm 이하의 미립자가 용매 중에 분산된 콜로이드상 또는 현탁액상의, 전이 금속 또는 전이 금속염의 용액과, 기재 입자를 포함하는 출발 원료를 혼련하는 제1공정, 및상기 제1공정에 의해 제조되는 혼련물을 성형하고 열처리하는 제2공정을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화물의 제조 방법.
- 페놀 수지, 타르, 또는 피치의 어느 하나 혹은 이들을 임의로 조합한 혼합물로 이루어지는 유기 바인더와, 액체상, 입경 1000nm 이하의 미립자가 용매 중에 분산된 콜로이드상 또는 현탁액상의, 탄소의 미세 섬유화를 촉진하는 금속 촉매의 용액과, 기재 입자를 포함하는 출발 원료를 혼련하는 제1공정, 및상기 제1공정에 의해 제조되는 혼련물을 성형하고 열처리하는 제2공정을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화물의 제조 방법.
- 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서,상기 제2공정에 있어서, 상기 제1공정에 의해 제조되는 혼련물을 환원 분위기 또는 비산화 분위기 중에서 열처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화물의 제조 방법.
- 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서,상기 기재 입자에는 내화 골재 및 탄소 기질 원료의 입자가 포함되는 것을특징으로 하는 내화물의 제조 방법.
