Claims (46)
- 복수의 배선의 각각에 대응한 복수의 전류원회로를 갖는 신호선 구동회로에 있어서,상기 복수의 전류원회로의 각각은, 용량수단 및 공급수단을 갖고,상기 복수의 전류원회로의 각각은, 설정신호에 따라, 공급된 전류를 전압으로 변환하고, 상기 변환된 전압에 따른 전류를 공급하며,상기 용량수단은, 상기 공급수단이 갖는 제1 및 제2 트랜지스터의 양쪽의 드레인과 게이트가 단락된 상태에 있을 때, 공급된 전류에 의해, 상기 제1 또는 상기 제2 트랜지스터의 게이트·소스 사이에 발생하는 전압을 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 신호선 구동회로.
- 복수의 배선의 각각에 대응한 복수의 전류원회로를 갖는 신호선 구동회로에 있어서,1개의 배선에 대하여, 각각이 용량수단 및 공급수단을 갖는 2개의 전류원회로가 배치되고,상기 2개의 전류원회로 중, 설정신호에 따라, 한쪽의 전류원회로는 공급된 전류를 전압으로 변환하고, 다른쪽의 전류원회로는 상기 변환된 전압에 따른 전류를 공급하며,상기 용량수단은, 상기 공급수단이 갖는 제1 및 제2 트랜지스터의 양쪽의 드레인과 게이트가 단락된 상태에 있을 때, 공급된 전류에 의해, 상기 제1 또는 상기 제2 트랜지스터의 게이트·소스 사이에 발생하는 전압을 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 신호선 구동회로.
- 복수의 배선의 각각에 대응한 복수의 전류원회로를 갖는 신호선 구동회로에 있어서,1개의 배선에 대하여, 각각이 용량수단 및 공급수단을 갖는 n개의 전류원회로(n은 2이상의 자연수)가 배치되고,상기 n개의 전류원회로의 각각은, 설정신호에 따라, 공급된 전류를 전압으로 변환하고, 상기 변환된 전압에 따른 전류를 공급하며,상기 용량수단은, 상기 공급수단이 갖는 제1 및 제2 트랜지스터의 양쪽의 드레인과 게이트가 단락된 상태에 있을 때, 공급된 전류에 의해, 상기 제1 또는 상기 제2 트랜지스터의 게이트·소스 사이에 발생하는 전압을 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 신호선 구동회로.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 n개의 전류원회로는, 서로 다른 비트에 대응한 n개의 레퍼런스용 정전류원에 접속되고,상기 n개의 레퍼런스용 정전류원으로부터 공급되는 전류값은, 20:21:···:2n-1로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 신호선 구동회로(n은 2이상의 자연수).
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 n개의 전류원회로는, 최상위비트에 대응한 1개의 레퍼런스용 정전류원에 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 신호선 구동회로(n은 2이상의 자연수).
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 복수의 배선은, 복수의 신호선 또는 복수의 전류선인 것을 특징으로 하는 신호선 구동회로.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 용량수단은, 상기 공급수단이 갖는 트랜지스터의 드레인과 게이트가 단락된 상태에 있을 때, 공급된 전류에 의해, 그 게이트·소스 사이에 발생하는 전압을 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 신호선 구동회로.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 공급수단은, 트랜지스터와, 상기 트랜지스터의 게이트와 드레인의 도통을 제어하는 제1 스위치와, 레퍼런스용 정전류원과 상기 트랜지스터의 게이트의 도통을 제어하는 제2 스위치와, 상기 트랜지스터의 드레인과 화소의 도통을 제어하는 제3 스위치를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 신호선 구동회로.

- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 공급수단은, 제1 및 제2 트랜지스터를 포함하는 커런트미러회로와,레퍼런스용 정전류원과 상기 제1 트랜지스터의 드레인과의 도통을 제어하는 제1 스위치와,상기 제1 트랜지스터의 드레인과 게이트, 상기 제1 트랜지스터의 게이트와 상기 제2 트랜지스터의 게이트, 상기 제1 및 상기 제2 트랜지스터의 게이트와 상기레퍼런스용 정전류원으로부터 선택된 어느 하나의 도통을 제어하는 제2 스위치를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 신호선 구동회로.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 상기 제2 트랜지스터의 게이트 폭 / 게이트 길이는 동일한 값으로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 신호선 구동회로.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 제1 트랜지스터의 게이트 폭 / 게이트 길이는, 상기 제2 트랜지스터의 게이트 폭 / 게이트 길이보다도 큰 값으로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 신호선 구동회로.
