Claims (7)
- 전압 레귤레이터에 있어서,기준 전압 발생 회로로부터의 출력을 한쪽의 입력으로서 수신하는 오차 증폭기 회로;상기 오차 증폭기 회로의 출력에 의해 제어되는 출력 회로;상기 출력 회로에 직렬로 접속되는 분압 회로 - 상기 오차 증폭기 회로는 상기 분압 회로로부터의 분압 전압을 다른쪽의 입력으로서 수신함 - ;상기 오차 증폭기 회로의 상기 한쪽의 입력과 GND 단자 사이에 접속된 제1 손실 검출 회로를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전압 레귤레이터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 출력 회로의 입력 전압 단자와 상기 오차 증폭기 회로의 출력 단자 사이에 접속되는 제2 손실 검출 회로를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전압 레귤레이터.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 손실 검출 회로와 상기 제2 손실 검출 회로는 입력 단자와 출력 단자 사이의 전압차와 출력 전류의 곱인 손실에 의해 발생되는 열을 감시하고,출력 전압은 온도가 일정 값을 초과할 때 저하되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전압 레귤레이터.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제1 손실 검출 회로와 상기 제2 손실 검출 회로에는 상기 온도가 일정 값을 초과할 때 임피던스를 감소시키는 기능이 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전압 레귤레이터.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 열을 감시하기 위한 상기 제1 손실 검출 회로와 상기 제2 손실 검출 회로는 온도 센서인 것을 특징으로 하는 전압 레귤레이터.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 온도가 일정 값을 초과할 때 임피던스를 감소시키는 기능은 반도체 소자의 열 누설 특징을 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전압 레귤레이터.
- 입력 단자와 출력 단자 사이의 전압차와 출력 전류의 곱인 손실을 감시하기 위한 검출 회로를 포함하는 전압 레귤레이터에 있어서,출력 전압은 손실의 양이 일정 값을 초과할 때 저하되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전압 레귤레이터.
