Claims (2)
- 적어도 오류증폭기와 출력 트랜지스터를 포함하는 전압 레귤레이터에 있어서, 전압 레귤레이터의 기동시에 주어진 일정 시간 동안 출력 트랜지스터가 온 되는 것을 금지하는 회로를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전압 레귤레이터.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 전압 레귤레이터의 기동시에, 상기 출력 트랜지스터의 온-저항을 주어진 일정 시간 동안 고저항 상태로 하거나 또는 시간 경과에 따라 점차 작아지도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전압 레귤레이터.
