Claims (13)
- 분산된 상의 현저한 합체(coalescence)에 대해 1일 이상 안정하고 분산된 중합체의 용적 평균 입자 크기가 0.1㎛ 초과 15㎛ 미만인 분산물의 제조방법에 있어서, 당해 방법이(a) 단일 혼합기 속에서 중합체 수지, 폴리올 및, 필요한 경우, 폴리올 중의 중합체의 분산물을 안정화시키는 계면 활성 화합물을, 중합체의 유리 전이 온도(Tg) 및 결정성 중합체의 경우 결정 용융 온도 이상인 가공 온도(Tp)로 가열하여 중합체를 용융시켜 중합체 용융물을 형성하는 조건과, 폴리올과 접촉하는 중합체 수지의 입자 크기를 0.1㎛ 초과 15㎛ 미만인 분산된 중합체의 용적 평균 입자 크기로 감소시키는 전단 조건하에 접촉시켜 폴리올 중의 중합체 수지의 초기 분산물을 형성하는 단계 및(b) 전단하에 초기 분산물을 가공 온도 이하의 온도로 냉각시켜 상기 분산물을 형성시키는 단계를 포함하는데,이때, 폴리올이, 중량평균분자량이 500 내지 8000인 폴리에테르 폴리올이고, 중합체 수지가 폴리에틸렌(PE) 중합체, 폴리프로필렌(PP) 중합체 및 공중합체, 폴리스티렌(PS) 중합체 및 공중합체, 엘라스토머, 폴리올레핀 왁스 및 열가소성 폴리우레탄 수지로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합체 수지가 자가 분산성(self-dispersing)인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 중합체 수지가 에틸렌/아크릴산 공중합체인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 계면 활성 화합물이 말레산 무수물 관능화된 폴리에틸렌 왁스와 모노아민 폴리올과의 이미드 반응 생성물인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합체 수지가 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 또는 고밀도 폴리에틸렌인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단일 혼합기가 압출기인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 초기 분산물이 계면 활성 화합물의 존재하에 형성되는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 단일 혼합기가 압출기이며, 폴리올과 계면 활성 화합물이 중합체 수지로부터 하부 스트림으로 첨가되는 방법.
- 폴리올 중의 중합체의 분산물을 안정화시키는 계면 활성 화합물 및 폴리올 중의 고밀도 또는 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 중합체의, 제1항의 방법에 따라 제조되고, 분산된 상의 현저한 합체(coalescence)에 대해 1일 이상 안정하고 분산된 중합체의 용적 평균 입자 크기가 0.1㎛ 초과 15㎛ 미만인 분산물을 포함하고, 당해 계면 활성 화합물이 폴리올 중의 고밀도 또는 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 중합체 분산물의 분산된 상의 합체를 방지하는 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 계면 활성 화합물이 말레산 무수물 관능화된 폴리에틸렌 왁스와 모노아민 폴리올과의 이미드 반응 생성물인 조성물.
- (i) 계면 활성 화합물이 말레산 무수물 관능화된 폴리에틸렌 왁스와 모노아민 폴리올과의 이미드 반응 생성물이거나, (ii) 중합체 수지가 에틸렌/아크릴산 공중합체로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되거나 또는 이들 둘 다인 제1항의 방법에 따라 제조한 폴리올 중의 중합체 분산물을 포함하는 폴리우레탄 발포체 배합물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 중합체 수지가 고밀도 또는 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌이며, 분산물이 말레산 무수물 관능화된 폴리에틸렌 왁스와 모노아민 폴리올과의 이미드 반응 생성물인 계면 활성 화합물을 함유하는 배합물.
- (i) 계면 활성 화합물이 말레산 무수물 관능화된 폴리에틸렌 왁스와 모노아민 폴리올과의 이미드 반응 생성물이거나, (ii) 중합체 수지가 에틸렌/아크릴산 공중합체로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되거나, 또는 이들 둘 다인 제1항의 방법에 따라 제조한 폴리올 중의 중합체 분산물을 포함하는 접착제 배합물.
