Claims (16)
- 축 및 플랜지부로 이루어지는 축부재와, 축부재를 레이디얼 방향으로 지지하는 레이디얼 베어링부와, 축부재의 플랜지부를 스러스트 방향으로 지지하는 스러스트 베어링부를 보유하고, 레이디얼 베어링부 및 스러스트 베어링부가 각각 동압작용으로 축부재를 비접촉지지하는 동압형 베어링 유닛에 있어서,축과 플랜지부를 일체로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 동압형 베어링 유닛.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 축부재의 외주측에 베어링부재를 배치하고, 축부재의 외주면과 이것에 대향하는 베어링부재와의 사이에 상기 레이디얼 베어링부의 레이디얼 베어링 간극을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 동압형 베어링 유닛.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 스러스트 베어링부가, 플랜지부의 양측에 2개의 스러스트 베어링 간극을 보유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동압형 베어링 유닛.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 플랜지부의 한쪽의 끝면과, 이것에 대향하는 베어링부재로 상기 스러스트 베어링부의 한쪽의 스러스트 베어링 간극을 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 동압형 베어링 유닛.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 플랜지부의 다른쪽의 끝면에 대향시켜서 스러스트 지지부를 설치하고, 이 스러스트 지지부와 플랜지부의 다른쪽의 끝면으로 상기 스러스트 베어링부의 다른쪽의 스러스트 베어링 간극을 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 동압형 베어링 유닛.
- 제4항에 있어서, 스러스트 베어링부의 동압홈을 베어링부재에 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 동압형 베어링 유닛.
- 제5항에 있어서, 스러스트 베어링부의 동압홈을 스러스트 지지부에 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 동압형 베어링 유닛.
- 제2항에 있어서, 베어링부재의 일단측을 시일부재로 래버린스 시일한 것을 특징으로 하는 동압형 베어링 유닛.
- 하우징과, 하우징에 고정된 베어링부재와, 축부재와, 이 축부재와 베어링부재의 상대회전시에 생기는 동압작용으로 축부재를 비접촉지지하는 레이디얼 베어링부 및 스러스트 베어링부를 보유하고, 상기 하우징이 내주면을 연속면으로 한 바닥이 있는 통형상이고, 또한 스러스트 베어링부의 베어링 간극은, 하우징에 대한 베어링부재의 고정위치를 관리함으로써 적정폭으로 설정가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 동압형 베어링 유닛.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 스러스트 베어링부의 베어링 간극이, 베어링부재를 하우징에 대하여 위치결정하는 위치결정수단을 제거하여 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 동압형 베어링 유닛.
- 바닥이 있는 통형상의 하우징 내에 축부재와 베어링부재를 수용하여, 축부재와 베어링부재와의 상대회전시에 생기는 동압작용으로, 축부재를 비접촉지지하는 레이디얼 베어링부 및 스러스트 베어링부를 보유하는 동압형 베어링 유닛을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 스러스트 베어링부의 베어링 간극을, 하우징에 대한 베어링부재의 고정위치를 관리함으로써 적정폭으로 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동압형 베어링 유닛의 제조방법.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 하우징에 대한 베어링부재의 고정위치의 관리를, 하우징 내에 설치된, 베어링부재를 하우징에 대하여 위치결정하는 위치결정수단으로 행하고, 또한, 위치결정 후에 위치결정수단을 제거하여 상기 스러스트 베어링부의 베어링 간극을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동압형 베어링 유닛의 제조방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 위치결정수단을 수지층으로 하고, 이것을 용제를 이용하여 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동압형 베어링 유닛의 제조방법.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 베어링부재와 하우징의 바닥부와의 사이에 축부재 및 수 지층을 개재시키고, 베어링부재, 축부재, 수지층 및 하우징의 바닥부를 서로 밀착시켜서 상기 베어링부재의 위치결정을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동압형 베어링 유닛의 제조방법.
- 제 14항에 있어서, 수지층이 시트형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 동압형 베어링 유닛의 제조방법.
- 제 14항에 있어서, 수지층이 피막형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 동압형 베어링 유닛의 제조방법.
