Claims (9)
- 軸受スリーブと、軸受スリーブの内周に挿入された軸部、および軸部の外径側に張り出したフランジ部を備える軸部材と、フランジ部の両端面それぞれに面したスラスト軸受隙間に生じる流体の動圧作用で軸部材を両スラスト方向に非接触支持するスラスト軸受部とを備える動圧軸受装置において、
軸部の外周面が両端を開口した金属材で形成され、該金属材をインサート部品として、軸部の芯部とフランジ部とが樹脂で一体に射出成形され、
前記フランジ部が金属材の一端に設けられ、軸部の芯部が金属材の他端まで樹脂で充足され、かつ
フランジ部の軸方向の線膨張係数を、ハウジングの、前記フランジ部の外周面と面する部分の軸方向の線膨張係数よりも大きく設定し、昇温時に、スラスト軸受隙間の幅が小さくなると共に、降温時に、スラスト軸受隙間の幅が大きくなることを特徴とする動圧軸受装置。 - 軸部の芯部の樹脂が軸方向に配向されている請求項1記載の動圧軸受装置。
- 金属材の一端部をフランジ部に埋め込んだ請求項1または2記載の動圧軸受装置。
- フランジ部を、体積固有抵抗106Ω・cm以下の導電性樹脂で形成した請求項1〜3何れか1項に記載の動圧軸受装置。
- ハウジングを樹脂製とし、かつフランジ部を形成する樹脂の軸方向の線膨張係数を2〜9×10-5/℃の範囲に設定した請求項1〜4何れか1項に記載の動圧軸受装置。
- ハウジングを真ちゅう製とし、かつフランジ部を形成する樹脂の軸方向の線膨張係数を2〜5×10-5/℃の範囲に設定した請求項1〜4何れか1項に記載の動圧軸受装置。
- ハウジングが側部と、側部と一体又は別体の底部とを有する請求項1〜6何れか1項に記載の動圧軸受装置。
- フランジ部の軸方向と半径方向の成形収縮率の差を0.3%以内にした請求項1〜7何れか1項に記載の動圧軸受装置。
- 請求項1〜8の何れか1項に記載した動圧軸受装置と、モータロータと、モータステータとを有するモータ。
