Description
Claims (1)
- ベース部材と、
記録ディスクを回転させるための回転部材と、
前記ベース部材に対して前記回転部材を回転自在に支持する軸受部とを有し、
前記軸受部は、前記ベース部材に固定されたシャフトと、
前記シャフトの少なくとも一部を収納すると共に相互回転を許容する中空部を有する収納部材と、
前記収納部材に対して前記シャフトと共に相互回転が許容されるフランジと、
前記フランジと前記収納部材とが前記回転部材の回転軸方向におけるスラスト対向部分に所定間隔のスラスト空間を形成すると共に前記スラスト空間の対向部分のうち前記収納部材の部分にスラスト動圧溝を形成して、前記スラスト空間の対向部分の相対回転により前記スラスト空間にスラスト方向の流体動圧を発生させるスラスト動圧発生部と、
前記シャフトと前記収納部材とが前記回転部材の回転軸と直交する径方向におけるラジアル対向部分に所定間隔のラジアル空間を形成すると共に前記ラジアル対向部分のうち前記収納部材の部分にラジアル動圧溝を形成して、前記ラジアル対向部分の相対回転により前記ラジアル空間にラジアル方向の流体動圧を発生させるラジアル動圧発生部と、
前記スラスト動圧発生部のスラスト空間と前記ラジアル動圧発生部のラジアル空間とに充填された潤滑剤と、
を備え、
前記スラスト動圧溝及び前記ラジアル動圧溝は、ステンレスが使用された母材を覆う弾性係数が20GPa以下の母材被覆衝撃吸収体に形成されていることを特徴とするディスク駆動装置。
