Claims (19)
- 섬유 포백의 한쪽면 또는 양쪽면이 수지로 피복되어 있고, 또한 상기 포백을 구성하는 일부의 단사가 상기 수지로 포위되어 있으며, 또한 상기 포백을 구성하는 나머지 단사가 상기 수지로 포위되어 있지 않은 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 에어백 기포.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수지로 포위되어 있는 단사의 비율이 전체 단사에 대해 3~20% 범위 내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 에어백 기포.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 수지로 포위되어 있는 단사의 비율이 전체 단사에 대해 5~15% 범위 내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 에어백 기포.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 수지가 포백 두께의 10~70% 범위 내에서 침투하여 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 에어백 기포.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 수지가 포백 두께의 15~50% 범위 내에서 침투하여 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 에어백 기포.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 수지의 부착량이 5~30g/m2의 범위 내인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 에어백 기포.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 수지의 부착량이 5~20g/m2의 범위 내인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 에어백 기포.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 수지가 무용제계 실리콘 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 에어백 기포.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, JIS L1096 A법에 규정된 방법으로 측정한 통기도가 0.01cc/cm2/sec 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 에어백 기포.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유체(공기)를 19.6kPa 압력으로 조정하여 흐르게 했을 때 통과하는 공기유량을 측정한 통기도가 1cc/cm2/sec 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 에어백 기포.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 잔류 유분량이 0.1중량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 에어백 기포.
- 제11항에 있어서, 수지 피복전의 섬유 포백의 잔류 유분량이 0.1중량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 에어백 기포.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중앙부의 두께 T1과 도공 단부의 두께 T2와의 관계가, 0.9≤T1/T2이며, 또한 상기 기포의 기포 폭 W와 수지가 도공된 도공 폭 C와의 관계가 0.95≤C/W≤0.99의 범위 내인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 에어백 기포.
- 제13항에 있어서, 중앙부의 두께 T1과 도공 단부의 두께 T2와의 관계가, 0.95≤T1/T2인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 에어백 기포.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, FMVSS302에 기초하여 측정한 난연성이 100mm/min 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 에어백 기포.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 코팅 에어백 기포를 이용한 에어백.
- 섬유 포백에, 점도가 5~20Pa·s(5,000~20,000cP) 범위 내인 수지액을, 예각인의 코팅 나이프를 이용한 나이프 코터에 의해, 코팅 나이프와 상기 포백과의 접압을 1~15N/cm 범위 내로, 상기 포백을 구성하는 일부의 단사가 상기 수지로 포위되고, 또한 상기 포백을 구성하는 나머지 단사가 상기 수지로 포위되지 않도록 코팅하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 에어백 기포의 제조방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 기포 장력이 500~3,000N/m 범위 내에서 수지액을 도공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 에어백 기포의 제조방법.
- 제17항 또는 제18항에 있어서, 섬유 포백의 정련 가공을 실시하지 않고 수지액을 도공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 에어백 기포의 제조방법.
