Claims (2)
- 중공형상의 밸브 본체와, 이 밸브 본체의 일단에 마련되고 분사구를 갖는 밸브 시트와, 상기 밸브 시트에 이접(離接)하여 상기 분사구를 개폐하는 밸브 본체와, 상기 밸브 본체를 둘러싸고 상기 밸브 본체를 활주 가능하게 지지함과 함께 상기 분사구에 유입하는 유체에 선회를 주는 스월러를 구비한 연료 분사 밸브에 있어서,상기 스월러에 있어서의 스월 홈은, 홈 출구부에서 굴곡부를 구비하고, 상기 스월 홈의 단면 형상은 중심부가 단부보다 홈 깊이가 깊어지도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 밸브.
- 스월 홈의 홈 출구부에서 굴곡부를 구비하고, 상기 스월 홈의 단면 형상은 중심부가 단부보다 홈 깊이가 깊어지도록 구성되어 있는 연료 분사 밸브의 스월러의 제조 방법으로서,상기 스월 홈의 저면에 플랫부를 마련함과 함께, 상기 스월 홈보다 상류의 외주측에 상기 플랫부와 동일 높이를 갖는 링형상의 평면을 마련하는 단계와,상기 스월러의 단면을 연삭함에 의해 상기 스월 홈의 깊이를 조정하면서 상기 스월러를 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 밸브의 스월러의 제조 방법.
