- (a) 트리메틸렌 단위가 반복 단위의 85 몰% 이상을 이루는 폴리(트리메틸렌 테레프탈레이트)를 85 몰% 이상 포함하며 고유 점도가 0.80 dl/g 이상인 폴리에스테르 중합체로부터 제조된 부분 배향 공급사의 필라멘트를 공급하고,(b) 필라멘트 당 데니어가 1.5 미만이고 실제 연신비가 [(공급사의 파단 신도) + 115]/[(연신사의 파단 신도) + 115]에 따라 결정되는 예상 연신비의 10% 내이도록 필라멘트를 일련의 공급 롤 사이에서 연신하는 것을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 연신사의 제조 방법.
- 트리메틸렌 단위가 반복 단위의 85 몰% 이상을 이루는 폴리(트리메틸렌 테레프탈레이트)를 85 몰% 이상 포함하며 고유 점도가 0.80 dl/g 이상인 폴리에스테르 중합체를 255℃ 내지 275℃의 방사 온도에서 용융 압출하여 제조하는 것을 포함하는, 필라멘트 당 데니어가 0.75 내지 1.5인 미세한 데니어의 부분 배향 미연신 공급사의 제조 방법.
- (a) 제20항 기재의 방법으로 제조된 부분 배향 공급사의 필라멘트를 공급하고,(b) 필라멘트 당 데니어가 1.5 미만이고 실제 연신비가 [(공급사의 파단 신도) + 115]/[(연신사의 파단 신도) + 115]에 따라 결정되는 예상 연신비의 10% 내이도록 필라멘트를 일련의 공급 롤 사이에서 연신하는 것을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 연신사의 제조 방법.
- 제19항 또는 제21항에 있어서, 실제 연신비가 예상 연신비의 5% 이내이고, 중합체의 고유 점도가 0.80 dl/g 이상 내지 1.5 dl/g인 방법.
- 제22항에 있어서, 실제 연신비가 예상 연신비의 3% 이내인 방법.
- 제19항, 제21항 및 제23항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 필라멘트를 연신하기 전에 필라멘트의 유리 전이 온도보다 높으나 200℃ 미만인 온도로 필라멘트를 가열하는 것을 더 포함하며, 중합체의 고유 점도가 0.80 dl/g 이상 내지 1.5 dl/g인 방법.
- 제19항, 제21항 및 제23항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 필라멘트를 연신하기 전에 필라멘트를 엉키게 하는 것을 더 포함하며, 중합체의 고유 점도가 0.80 dl/g 이상 내지 1.2 dl/g인 방법.
