Abstract
Description
또한, 본 발명에 의한 액정표시소자의 제조방법은, 제 1 기판의 액티브 영역에 박막트랜지스터 어레이를 형성하고 액티브 영역의 주변에 UV 조사 통로를 갖는 공통배선을 형성하는 단계와, 제 2 기판에 칼라필터 어레이를 형성하는 단계와, 상기 제 1 기판의 액티브 영역에 액정을 적하하는 단계와, 상기 제 1 기판 또는 제 2 기판의 상기 액티브 영역 외곽에 상기 공통배선과 중첩되고 상기 공통배선 보다 선폭이 작은 시일재를 형성하는 단계와, 상기 제 1 기판 및 제 2 기판을 합착하는 단계와, 상기 제1 기판 및 상기 UV 조사 통로를 통해 UV를 조사하여 상기 시일재를 경화시키는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.
Claims (14)
- 박막트랜지스터 어레이 및 UV 조사 통로를 갖는 공통배선이 형성된 제 1 기판과,칼라필터 어레이가 형성된 제 2 기판과,상기 제1 및 제2 기판 사이에 형성되어 상기 공통배선과 중첩되고 상기 공통배선 보다 선폭이 작은 시일재와,상기 제 1 기판과 제 2 기판 사이에 형성된 액정층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 시일재에는 광경화형 시일재인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 시일재는 광 및 열경화형 시일재인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 UV 조사통로는 상기 공통배선의 길이 방향을 따라 길게 연장된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 공통배선에는 상기 UV 조사통로가 다수개 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 기판 및 제 2 기판 사에 형성되는 칼럼 스페이서를 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제 1 기판의 액티브 영역에 박막트랜지스터 어레이를 형성하고 액티브 영역의 주변에 UV 조사 통로를 갖는 공통배선을 형성하는 단계와,제 2 기판에 칼라필터 어레이를 형성하는 단계와,상기 제 1 기판의 액티브 영역에 액정을 적하하는 단계와,상기 제 1 기판 또는 제 2 기판의 상기 액티브 영역 외곽에 상기 공통배선과 중첩되고 상기 공통배선 보다 선폭이 작은 시일재를 형성하는 단계와,상기 제 1 기판 및 제 2 기판을 합착하는 단계와,상기 제1 기판 및 상기 UV 조사 통로를 통해 UV를 조사하여 상기 시일재를 경화시키는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 시일재는 광경화형 시일재를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 시일재는 광 및 열경화형 시일재를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 UV 조사통로는 상기 공통배선의 길이 방향을 따라 길게 연장되도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 상기 공통배선에 상기 UV 조사통로를 다수개 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 공통배선은 상기 박막트랜지스터 어레이의 게이트 배선을 형성할 때 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 기판 및 제 2 기판 사이에 칼럼 스페이서를 형성하는 단계를 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
