Claims (4)
- 기판 상에, 소스 전극 및 드레인 전극을 구비한 박막 트랜지스터와, 상기 박막 트랜지스터의 상층에 상기 박막 트랜지스터의 소스 전극 또는 드레인 전극에 접속된 음극, 발광 소자층 및 양극을 차례로 적층하여 이루어지며 상기 박막 트랜지스터에 의해 구동되는 일렉트로 루미네센스(Electro Luminescence) 소자를 구비하고 있고, 상기 일렉트로 루미네센스 소자의 양극측에 색 요소를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러 표시 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 색 요소는 투명 기판 상에 컬러 필터층을 구비하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러 표시 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 색 요소는 투명 기판 상에 형광 변환층을 구비하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러 표시 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 일렉트로 루미네센스 소자의 양극의 형상은 빗살형 혹은 메쉬형인 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러 표시 장치.
