Claims (10)
- 화학식 I의 구조 단위와 화학식 II의 구조 단위를 함유하는 공액 중합체.화학식 I화학식 II위의 화학식 I과 화학식 II에서,R1과 R2는 동일하거나 상이하고, 수소, C1-C22 알킬(당해 알킬 라디칼은 측쇄 또는 비측쇄일 수 있거나 사이클로알킬 라디칼일 수 있으며 알킬 라디칼의 각각의 비인접 CH2 기는 O, S, C=O, COO, N-R5 또는 간단한 아릴 라디칼로 치환될 수 있다), C2-C20 헤테로아릴, C5-C20 아릴(당해 아릴 라디칼은 하나 이상의 치환체 R3으로 치환될 수 있다), F, Cl 또는 CN이며,R3과 R4는 동일하거나 상이하고, C1-C22 알킬(당해 알킬 라디칼은 측쇄 또는 비측쇄일 수 있거나 사이클로알킬 라디칼일 수 있으며 알킬 라디칼의 각각의 비인접 CH2 기는 O, S, C=O, COO, N-R5 또는 간단한 아릴 라디칼로 치환될 수 있다), C2-C20 헤테로아릴, C5-C20 아릴(당해 아릴 라디칼은 하나 이상의 비방향족 치환체 R3으로 치환될 수 있다), F, Cl, CN, SO3R5 또는 NR5R6이며,R5와 R6은 동일하거나 상이하고, H, C1-C22 알킬(당해 알킬 라디칼은 측쇄 또는 비측쇄일 수 있거나 사이클로알킬 라디칼일 수 있으며 알킬 라디칼의 각각의 비인접 CH2 기는 O, S, C=O, COO, N-R5 또는 간단한 아릴 라디칼로 치환될 수 있다), C2-C20 헤테로아릴 또는 C5-C20 아릴(당해 아릴 라디칼은 하나 이상의 비방향족 치환체 R3으로 치환될 수 있다)이며,m과 n은 각각 0, 1, 2 또는 3의 정수이고,Ar은 하나 이상의 탄소원자가 질소, 산소 또는 황으로 치환될 수 있고 결합점이 중합체 주쇄를 따라서 180°가 아닌 각을 형성하도록 선택되는, 탄소수 5 내지 20의 모노사이클릭 또는 폴리사이클릭 방향족 공액 시스템이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, R1과 R2가 둘 다 동일하고 수소 또는 염소가 아닌 중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, R1과 R2가 서로 상이하고 수소가 아닌 중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, m과 n이 0 또는 1의 정수인 중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합체 주쇄에 따른 각이 120° 미만인 중합체.
- 제5항에 있어서, 중합체 주쇄에 따른 각이 90° 미만인 중합체.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 화학식 II의 구조 단위를 1mol% 이상 함유하는 중합체.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 화학식 I의 반복 단위와 화학식 II의 반복 단위를 10 내지 10000개 포함하는 중합체.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유기 반도체 및/또는 전기발광 재료로서 사용되는 중합체.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 중합체를 활성층으로 함유하는 전기발광 장치.
