Description
Claims (4)
- 엔진 출력을 변속하여 주행 유닛(1, 2)에 전달하는 무단 변속 장치(30)를 구비한 작업차를 위한 변속 조작 시스템이며,상기 엔진의 회전 속도를 조절하는 속도 조절 장치(50)와,액셀 조작구(55)와,액셀 조작구(55)의 조작을 기초로 하여 상기 무단 변속 장치(30) 및 상기 속도 조절 장치(50)에 대한 조작 변위를 발생하는 변속 조작 연계 장치(60)를 포함하는 변속 조작 시스템에 있어서,상기 변속 조작 연계 장치(60)는 상기 액셀 조작구의 조작량에 대한 상기 무단 변속 장치(30)의 조작량과 상기 속도 조절 장치(50)의 조작량을 설정하고 있고, 엔진 회전수가 설정 회전수에 도달하는 동시에 상기 무단 변속 장치(30)가 설정 속도에 도달할 때까지는 상기 엔진 회전수의 상승 변화율이 무단 변속 장치(30)의 증속 변화율보다 크다는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속 조작 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 변속 조작 연계 장치(60)가 상기 액셀 조작구의 조작 변위를 소정의 비율로 상기 무단 변속 장치(30)의 조작 변위와 상기 속도 조절 장치(50)의 조작 변위와 분류하는 요동 링크 기구로서 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속 조작 시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 요동 링크 기구가 상기 액셀 조작구에 연동 연결되어 있는 요동 연동체(63)와, 이 요동 연동체(63)에 따라서 슬라이드 조작되어 상기 속도 조절 장치(50)의 조작부(51)를 조작하는 속도 조절 장치측 연동 부재(64)와, 상기 요동 연동체(63)에 의해 슬라이드 조작되어 상기 무단 변속 장치(30)의 조작부(40)를 조작하는 변속 장치측 연동 부재(67)를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속 조작 시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서, 엔진 회전수가 상승할수록 상기 요동 연동체(63)에 의한 상기 속도 조절 장치측 연동 부재(64)의 조작 효율이 저하되는 동시에 상기 요동 연동체(63)에 의한 상기 변속 장치측 연동 부재(67)의 조작 효율이 향상되도록, 상기 속도 조절 장치측 연동 부재(64)와 변속 장치측 연동 부재(67)가 요동 링크로서의 상기 요동 연동체(63)에 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속 조작 시스템.
