Abstract
Description
도 6b에 있어서, 온도 스윙의 피크와 입자수의 골짜기는 일치하지 않는다. 이것은, 온도 상승 종료시에 아직 포화 용해도에 도달해 있지 않고, 냉각 개시후도 용해가 진행하기 때문이라고 생각된다. 또한, 온도 스윙의 골짜기와 2차 핵 발생(입자수의 피크)도 일치하지 않는다. 이것은, 2차 핵 발생에는 대기 시간이 존재하여, 냉각 종료후(50℃), 10분 정도 지나고 나서 검출되기 때문이라고 생각된다. 온도 스윙을 반복하는 것으로, 100㎛ 이하의 결정이 감소하여, 큰 입자 직경 피크가 성장하여 가는 모양이 관찰된다.
Claims (1)
- 진공 농축기 속에서 진공 농축 결정 석출법으로 모액으로부터 결정을 석출하고,진공 농축 결정 석출 동안 배기라인 밸브로 진공 농축기 속의 압력을 조절함으로써 농축기 내부의 모액의 온도의 상한과 하한 사이에서 온도를 주기적으로 상승 및 하강시킴을 포함하는 입도 분포 제어 결정 석출법.
