Claims (5)
- 하기 화학식 Ⅰ로 나타내어지는 2-할로벤조산의 제조 방법으로, 팔라듐 촉매의 존재 하에 하기 화학식 Ⅱ로 나타내어지는 벤조산을 할로겐화제와 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법:[화학식 Ⅰ][식 중, X는 염소 원자, 브롬 원자 또는 요오드 원자를 나타내고;A는 -OH, -OM (식 중, M은 알칼리금속 원자를 나타낸다) 또는 -N(R6)R7 (식 중, 동일하거나 상이할 수 있는 R6 및 R7은 수소 원자; C1-C6 알킬기; 페닐기; 할로겐 원자, 시아노기, 니트로기, C1-C6 알킬기, C1-C6 알콕시기, 할로 C1-C6 알킬기, 할로 C1-C6 알콕시기, C1-C6 알킬술피닐기 및 C1-C 6 알킬술포닐기로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는, 하나 이상의 동일하거나 상이한 치환기를 갖는 페닐기; 하기 식으로 나타내어지는 기:(식 중, 동일하거나 상이할 수 있는 R1, R2, R3 및 R4는 수소 원자 또는 C1-C6 알킬기를 나타내고, R5는 C1-C6 알킬기를 나타내고, m은 0 또는 1의 정수를 나타내고, k는 1 또는 2의 정수를 나타낸다); 하기 식으로 나타내어지는 기:(식 중, 동일하거나 상이할 수 있는 R8, R9 및 R10은 수소 원자 또는 C 1-C6 알킬기를 나타낸다); 또는 하기 식으로 나타내어지는 기:(식 중, 동일하거나 상이할 수 있는 R11, R12, R13, R14, R 15 및 R16은 수소 원자 또는 C1-C6 알킬기를 나타내고, l은 1 또는 2의 정수를 나타낸다)를 나타낸다)을 나타내고;동일하거나 상이할 수 있는 R은 수소 원자; 할로겐 원자; 시아노기; 니트로기; C1-C6 알킬기; C1-C6 알킬카르보닐기; 카르복실기; C1 -C12 알콕시카르보닐기; 페닐카르보닐기; 할로겐 원자, 시아노기, 니트로기, C1-C6 알킬기, C1-C6 알콕시기, 할로 C1-C6 알킬기 및 할로 C1-C6 알콕시기로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는, 하나 이상의 동일하거나 상이한 치환기를 갖는 페닐카르보닐기; 벤질카르보닐기; 할로겐 원자, 시아노기, 니트로기, C1-C6 알킬기, C1-C6 알콕시기, 할로 C1-C6 알킬기 및 할로 C1-C6 알콕시기로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는, 하나 이상의 동일하거나 상이한 치환기를 고리 상에 갖는 벤질카르보닐기; 또는 -CON(R17)R18 (식 중, 동일하거나 상이할 수 있는 R17 및 R18은 수소 원자; C1-C6 알킬기; 페닐기; 할로겐 원자, 시아노기, 니트로기, C1-C6 알킬기, C1-C6 알콕시기, 할로 C1 -C6 알킬기 및 할로 C1-C6 알콕시기로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는, 하나 이상의 동일하거나 상이한 치환기를 갖는 페닐기; 피리딜기; 수소 원자, 할로겐 원자, 시아노기, 니트로기, C1-C6 알킬기, C1-C6 알콕시기, 할로 C1-C6 알킬기 및 할로 C1-C 6 알콕시기로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는, 하나 이상의 동일하거나 상이한 치환기를 갖는 피리딜기; 벤질기; 또는 할로겐 원자, 시아노기, 니트로기, C1-C6 알킬기, C1-C6 알콕시기, 할로 C1-C6 알킬기 및 할로 C1-C6 알콕시기로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는, 하나 이상의 동일하거나 상이한 치환기를 고리 상에 갖는 벤질기를 나타낸다)을 나타내고;n은 0 내지 4의 정수를 나타내거나;대안적으로 (R)n은 벤젠 고리 상의 인접 탄소 원자에 연결되어 C3-C4 알킬렌기 또는 C3-C4 알케닐렌기를 함유하는 축합 고리를 형성할 수 있고, C3-C 4 알킬렌기 또는 C3-C4 알케닐렌은 하나 이상의 동일하거나 상이한 치환기 R (R은 상기 정의된 바와 같다)을 가질 수 있다];[화학식 Ⅱ](식 중, A, R 및 n은 상기 정의된 바와 같다).
- 제 1 항에 있어서, A가 -OH 또는 -OM (식 중, M은 알칼리금속 원자를 나타낸다)를 나타내는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, A가 -N(R6)R7 (식 중, 동일하거나 상이할 수 있는 R6 및 R7은 수소 원자; C1-C6 알킬기; 페닐기; 할로겐 원자, 시아노기, 니트로기, C1-C6 알킬기, C1-C6 알콕시기, 할로 C1-C6 알킬기, 할로 C1-C 6 알콕시기, C1-C6 알킬술피닐기 및 C1-C6 알킬술포닐기로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는, 하나 이상의 동일하거나 상이한 치환기를 갖는 페닐기; 또는 (식 중, R1, R2, R3 및 R4는 동일하거나 상이할 수 있고, 수소 원자 또는 C1-C6 알킬기를 나타내고, R5는 C1-C6 알킬기를 나타내고, m은 0 또는 1의 정수를 나타내고, k는 1 또는 2의 정수를 나타낸다)를 나타낸다)를 나타내는 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, R6 및 R7은 동일하거나 상이할 수 있고, 수소 원자; 페닐기; 또는 할로겐 원자, 시아노기, 니트로기, C1-C6 알킬기, C1-C6 알콕시기, 할로 C1-C6 알킬기, 할로 C1-C6 알콕시기, C1-C6 알킬술피닐기 및 C1-C6 알킬술포닐기로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는, 하나 이상의 동일하거나 상이한 치환기를 갖는 페닐기를 나타내는 방법.
