Claims (30)
- 붕소 화합물을 붕산(H3BO3) 환산으로 100 내지 5000ppm, 아세트산, 아세트산염, 또는 이들 모두를 아세트산 환산으로 100 내지 1000ppm 및 알칼리 금속염을 금속 환산으로 50 내지 300ppm 함유하는, 에틸렌 함유량이 25 내지 45mol%이고 비누화도가 99% 이상인 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체 수지 조성물 층, 및 이에 인접하는 카복실산 변성 폴리올레핀 수지층으로 이루어진 용융 다층체를 공압출시켜 제조된 다층 구조체.
- 주기율표 제2족 금속염을 금속 환산으로 10 내지 50ppm 및 아세트산, 아세트산염, 또는 이들 모두를 아세트산 환산으로 100 내지 1000ppm 함유하는, 에틸렌 함유량이 25 내지 45mol%이고 비누화도가 99% 이상인 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체 수지 조성물 층, 및 이에 인접하는 카복실산 변성 폴리올레핀 수지층으로 이루어진 용융 다층체를 공압출시켜 제조된 다층 구조체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체 수지 조성물이 붕소 화합물을 붕산(H3BO3) 환산으로 100 내지 5000ppm 함유하는 다층 구조체.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체 수지 조성물이 알칼리 금속염을 금속 환산으로 50 내지 300ppm 함유하는 다층 구조체.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체 수지 조성물이 인산 유도체를 인산(H3PO4) 환산으로 10 내지 200ppm 함유하는 다층 구조체.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체 수지 조성물의 용융 지수(190℃, 2160g 하중하)가 3 내지 15g/10분인 다층 구조체.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체 수지 조성물의 분해 개시온도(JISK 7120)가 350 내지 400℃인 다층 구조체.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체 수지 조성물 층의 두께가 2 내지 30㎛인 다층 구조체.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 카복실산 변성 폴리올레핀 수지의 밀도가 0.88 내지 0.94g/cm3이고, 용융 지수(190℃, 2160g 하중하)가 3 내지 15g/10분인 다층 구조체.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용융 다층체를 기재 위에 공압출 피복하여 제조된 다층 구조체.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 기재가 종이인 다층 구조체.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 20℃, 상대습도 65%에서의 산소 투과량이 1 내지 10cc/m2·일·atm인 다층 구조체.
- 공압출 성형시의 인취 속도가 100m/분 이상인, 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 다층 구조체의 제조방법.
- 공압출 성형시의 다이 온도가 240℃ 이상인, 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 다층 구조체의 제조방법.
- 붕소 화합물을 붕산(H3BO3) 환산으로 100 내지 5000ppm, 아세트산, 아세트산염, 또는 이들 모두를 아세트산 환산으로 100 내지 1000ppm 및 알칼리 금속염을 금속 환산으로 50 내지 300ppm 함유하는, 에틸렌 함유량이 25 내지 45mol%이고 비누화도가 99% 이상인 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체로 이루어진 수지 조성물.
- 붕소 화합물을 붕산(H3BO3) 환산으로 100 내지 5000ppm, 주기율표 제2족 금속염을 금속 환산으로 10 내지 50ppm 및 아세트산, 아세트산염, 또는 이들 모두를 아세트산 환산으로 100 내지 1000ppm 함유하는, 에틸렌 함유량이 25 내지 45mol%이고 비누화도가 99% 이상인 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체로 이루어진 수지 조성물.
- 제16항에 있어서, 알칼리 금속염을 금속 환산으로 50 내지 300ppm 함유하는 수지 조성물.
- 제15항 내지 제17항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 인산 유도체를 인산(H3PO4) 환산으로 10 내지 200ppm 함유하는 수지 조성물.
- 제15항 내지 제17항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용융 지수(190℃, 2160g 하중하)가 3 내지 15g/10분인 수지 조성물.
- 제15항 내지 제17항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분해 개시온도(JISK 7120)가 350 내지 400℃인 수지 조성물.
- 제15항 내지 제17항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 함수율이 0.02 내지 0.15중량%인 수지 조성물.
- 제15항 내지 제17항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 공압출 성형용인 수지 조성물.
- 제15항 내지 제17항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 공압출 피복용인 수지 조성물.
- 제15항 내지 제17항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 수지 조성물로 이루어진 층을 1층 이상 갖는 다층 구조체.
- 제24항에 있어서, 수지 조성물로 이루어진 층에 인접하는 카복실산 변성 폴리올레핀 수지층을 1층 이상 갖는 다층 구조체.
- 제24항에 있어서, 수지 조성물로 이루어진 층의 두께가 2 내지 30㎛인 다층 구조체.
