Claims (30)
- 붕소 화합물을 붕산(H3BO3) 환산으로 100 내지 5000ppm, 카복실산 및/또는 이의 염을 카복실산 환산으로 100 내지 1000ppm, 알칼리 금속염을 금속 환산으로 50 내지 300ppm 함유하는, 에틸렌 함유량 25 내지 45mol%, 비누화도 99% 이상의 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체 수지 조성물층 및 여기에 인접하는 카복실산 변성 폴리올레핀 수지층으로 이루어진 용융 다층체를 공압출하여 이루어진 다층 구조체.
- 주기율표 제2족의 금속염을 금속 환산으로 10 내지 50ppm 함유하는, 에틸렌 함유량 25 내지 45mol%, 비누화도 99% 이상의 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체 수지 조성물층 및 여기에 인접하는 카복실산 변성 폴리올레핀 수지층으로 이루어진 용융 다층체를 공압출하여 이루어진 다층 구조체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체 수지 조성물이 붕소 화합물을 붕산(H3BO3) 환산으로 100 내지 5000ppm 함유하는 다층 구조체.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체 수지 조성물이 카복실산 및/또는 이의 염을 카복실산 환산으로 100 내지 1000ppm 함유하는 다층 구조체.
- 제2항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체 수지 조성물이 알칼리 금속염을 금속 환산으로 50 내지 300ppm 함유하는 다층 구조체.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체 수지 조성물이 함유하는 카복실산 및/또는 이의 염이 아세트산 및/또는 이의 염인 다층 구조체.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체 수지 조성물이 인산 유도체를 인산(H3PO4) 환산으로 10 내지 200ppm 함유하는 다층 구조체.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체 수지 조성물의 용융지수(190℃, 2160g 하중하)가 3 내지 15g/10분인 다층 구조체.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체 수지 조성물의 분해 개시온도(JISK 7120)가 350 내지 400℃인 다층 구조체.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체 수지 조성물층의 두께가 2 내지 30μm인 다층 구조체.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 카복실산 변성 폴리올레핀 수지의 밀도가 0.88 내지 0.94g/cm3, 용융지수(190℃, 2160g 하중하)가 3 내지 15g/10분인 다층 구조체.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용융 다층체를 기재 위에 공압출 코팅하여 이루어진 다층 구조체.
- 제12항에 있어서, 기재가 종이인 다층 구조체.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 20℃, 상대습도 65%에서 산소 투과량이 1 내지 10cc/m2·day·atm인 다층 구조체.
- 공압출 성형할 때에 인수 속도가 100m/분 이상인 제1항 내지 제14항 중의 어느 한 항에 따른 다층 구조체의 제조방법.
- 공압출 성형할 때에 다이스 온도가 240℃ 이상인 제1항 내지 제15항 중의 어느 한 항에 따른 다층 구조체의 제조방법.
- 붕소 화합물을 붕산(H3BO3) 환산으로 100 내지 5000ppm, 카복실산 및/또는 이의 염을 카복실산 환산으로 100 내지 1000ppm, 알칼리 금속염을 금속 환산으로 50 내지 300ppm 함유하는, 에틸렌 함유량 25 내지 45mol%, 비누화도 99% 이상의 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체로 이루어진 수지 조성물
- 붕소 화합물을 붕산(H3BO3) 환산으로 100 내지 5000ppm, 주기율표 제2족의 금속염을 금속 환산으로 10 내지 50ppm 함유하는, 에틸렌 함유량 25 내지 45mol%, 비누화도 99% 이상의 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체로 이루어진 수지 조성물.
- 제18항에 있어서, 카복실산 및/또는 이의 염을 카복실산 환산으로 100 내지 1000ppm 함유하는 수지 조성물.
- 제18항 또는 제19항에 있어서, 알칼리 금속염을 금속 환산으로 50 내지 300ppm 함유하는 수지 조성물.
- 제17항 내지 제20항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 카복실산 및/또는 이의 염이 아세트산 및/또는 이의 염인 수지 조성물.
- 제17항 내지 제21항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 인산 유도체를 인산(H3PO4) 환산으로 10 내지 200ppm 함유하는 수지 조성물.
- 제17항 내지 제22항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용융지수(190℃, 2160g 하중하)가 3 내지 15g/10분인 수지 조성물.
- 제17항 내지 제23항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분해 개시온도(JISK 7120)가 350 내지 400℃인 수지 조성물.
- 제17항 내지 제24항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수분율이 0.02 내지 0.15중량%인 수지 조성물.
- 제17항 내지 제25항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 공압출 성형용인 수지 조성물.
- 제17항 내지 제25항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 공압출 코팅용인 수지 조성물.
- 제17항 내지 제25항 중의 어느 한 항에 따른 수지 조성물로 이루어진 층을 1층 이상 갖는 다층 구조체.
- 제28항에 있어서, 수지 조성물로 이루어진 층에 인접하는 카복실산 변성 폴리올레핀 수지층을 1층 이상 갖는 다층 구조체.
- 제28항 또는 제29항에 있어서, 수지 조성물로 이루어진 층의 두께가 2 내지 30μm인 다층 구조체.
