Claims (10)
- 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 조성을 갖는 복합 산화물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양극 활성 물질.<화학식 1>Lix(Ni1-yMe1y)(O2-zXz)+A단, 상기 Me1은 B, Mg, Al, Sc, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Co, Cu, Zn, Ga, Y, Zr, Nb, Mo, Tc, Ru, Sn, La, Hf, Ta, W, Re, Pb 및 Bi로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 원소이고, 상기 X는 F, Cl, Br 및 I로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 할로겐 원소이며, 몰비 x, y 및 z는 각각 0.02 ≤x ≤1.3, 0.005 ≤y ≤0.5, 0.01 ≤z ≤0.5를 나타내고, 상기 A는 Na, K 및 S로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 원소를 포함하고, 상기 복합 산화물 중의 Na 함유량, K 함유량, S 함유량은 각각 600 ppm 이상, 3000 ppm 이하의 범위 내이다.
- 하기 화학식 2로 표시되는 조성을 갖는 복합 산화물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양극 활성 물질.<화학식 2>Lix(Ni1-yMe1y)(O2-zXz)+A+bB단, 상기 Me1은 B, Mg, Al, Sc, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Co, Cu, Zn, Ga, Y, Zr, Nb, Mo, Tc, Ru, Sn, La, Hf, Ta, W, Re, Pb 및 Bi로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 원소이고, 상기 X는 F, Cl, Br 및 I로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 할로겐 원소이며, 몰비 x, y 및 z는 각각 0.02 ≤x ≤1.3, 0.005 ≤y ≤0.5, 0.01≤z≤0.5를 나타내고, 상기 A는 Na, K 및 S로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 원소를 포함하고, 상기 복합 산화물 중의 Na 함유량, K 함유량, S 함유량은 각각 600 ppm 이상, 3000 ppm 이하의 범위 내이며, 상기 B는 Si 및 Fe로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 원소를 포함하고, 상기 복합 산화물 중의 상기 B의 함유량 b는 각각 20 ppm 이상, 500 ppm 이하의 범위 내이다.
- 하기 화학식 3으로 표시되는 조성을 갖는 복합 산화물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양극 활성 물질.<화학식 3>Lix(Ni1-v-sCovMe2s)(O2-zXz)+A단, 상기 Me2는 B, Mg, Al, Sc, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Cu, Zn, Ga, Y, Zr, Nb, Mo, Tc, Ru, Sn, La, Hf, Ta, W, Re, Pb 및 Bi로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 원소이고, 상기 X는 F, Cl, Br 및 I로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 할로겐 원소이며, 몰비 x, v, s 및 z는 각각 0.02 ≤x ≤1.3, 0.005 ≤v ≤0.5, 0.005 ≤s ≤0.5, 0.01 ≤z ≤0.5를 나타내고, 상기 A는 Na, K 및 S로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 원소를 포함하고, 상기 복합 산화물 중의 Na 함유량, K 함유량, S 함유량은 각각 600 ppm 이상, 3000 ppm 이하의 범위 내이다.
- 하기 화학식 4로 표시되는 조성을 갖는 복합 산화물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양극 활성 물질.<화학식 4>Lix(Ni1-v-sCovMe2s)(O2-zXz)+A+bB단, 상기 Me2는 B, Mg, Al, Sc, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Cu, Zn, Ga, Y, Zr, Nb, Mo, Tc, Ru, Sn, La, Hf, Ta, W, Re, Pb 및 Bi로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 원소이고, 상기 X는 F, Cl, Br 및 I로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 할로겐 원소이며, 몰비 x, v, s 및 z는 각각 0.02 ≤x ≤1.3, 0.005 ≤v ≤0.5, 0.005 ≤s ≤0.5, 0.01 ≤z ≤0.5를 나타내고, 상기 A는 Na, K 및 S로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 원소를 포함하고, 상기 복합 산화물 중의 Na 함유량, K 함유량, S 함유량은 각각 600 ppm 이상, 3000 ppm 이하의 범위 내이며, 상기 B는 Si 및 Fe로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 원소를 포함하고, 상기 복합 산화물 중의 상기 B의 함유량 b는 각각 20 ppm 이상, 50O ppm 이하의 범위 내이다.
- 제2항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 복합 산화물 중의 상기 B의 함유량 b는 20 ppm 이상, 250 ppm 이하의 범위 내인 것을 특징으로 하는 양극 활성 물질.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 원소 A에 Ca가 더 포함되고, 상기 복합 산화물 중의 Ca 함유량은 500 ppm 이하의 범위 내인 것을 특징으로 하는 양극 활성 물질.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 원소 A는 Ca와 Na와 S, 또는 Na와 Ca, 또는 S와 Ca, 또는 Na와 S를 포함하는 양극 활성 물질.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 복합 산화물 중의 Na 함유량, K 함유량, S 함유량은 각각 1000 ppm 이상, 2500 ppm 이하의 범위 내인 것을 특징으로 하는 양극 활성 물질.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 원소 A의 적어도 일부는 상기 복합 산화물의 결정 입자의 경계에 존재하는 삼중점에서 석출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 양극 활성 물질.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항 기재의 양극 활성 물질을 포함하는 양극, 음극, 비수성 전해질을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이온 이차 전지.
