Claims (4)
- z축을 포함하는 평면상에 있어서 그 z축과 직교하는 축에 대하여 경사진 레이저 광선을 사출하고, 관찰 대상면에 레이저 스포트를 형성시키는 광원;상기 레이저 스포트를 촬영하는, 실질상 z방향으로 넓은 시야를 가지는 촬영 수단; 및,상기 광원 및 촬영 수단을 탑재한 지지대;상기 지지대를 y방향으로 이동시키는 이동수단;상기 촬영수단으로 촬영하는 복수의 y위치에 있어서 촬영 화상 데이터를 기록하는 메모리 수단;상기 메모리 수단에 기록되는 촬영 화상 데이터를 기초로, 관찰 대상면 상의 레이저 스포트 이동 궤적을 표시하는 2차원 디스플레이;를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 벽면 관찰 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 촬영 수단의 y 방향 전방에 있어서 상기 지지대에 갖추어지고, 상기 광원이 투사하는 레이저를 관찰 대상면에 반사하고, 관찰 대상면의 레이저 스포트를 촬영 수단에 반사하는 반사수단을 추가로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 벽면 관찰 장치.
- 삭제
- 제 1항 내지 제 2항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 촬영 수단은, z방향을 선분상으로 촬영하는 1차원 카메라인 벽면 관찰 장치.
