Claims (12)
- 궤도축과 이 궤도축에 다수의 전동체를 통해 길이방향 왕복운동이 가능하게 결합되는 슬라이드부재를 갖는 안내장치의 방진구조로서, 상기 궤도축에 밀착하는 탄성 부재가 궤도축의 길이방향으로 겹쳐져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 안내장치의 방진구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 탄성 부재는 윤활제를 유지하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 안내장치의 방진구조.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 탄성 부재는 상기 슬라이드부재의 궤도축에 대한 상대이동방향단에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 안내장치의 방진구조.
- 궤도축과 이 궤도축에 다수의 전동체를 통해 길이방향 왕복운동이 가능하게 결합되는 슬라이드부재를 갖는 안내장치의 방진구조로서, 탄성 재료로 형성되며, 상기 궤도축의 표면과 함께 윤활제가 충전되는 윤활제 포켓을 형성하는 오목홈부를 갖는 윤활제 포켓 형성부재를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 안내장치의 방진구조.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 윤활제 포켓 형성부재는, 윤활제를 유지하여 상기 궤도축에 밀착하고 사용시에 궤도축 표면에 윤활제를 공급하는 윤활제 공급부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 안내장치의 방진구조.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 윤활제 포켓 형성부재는, 윤활제를 함침하여 윤활제 공급부를 구성하는 복수의 탄성 부재와, 강성 재료로 형성되며, 상기 복수의 탄성 부재 사이에 배치되어 이들 탄성 부재와 함께 오목홈부를 형성하는 스페이서부재로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 안내장치의 방진구조.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 윤활제 포켓 형성부재는, 윤활제를 함침하여 윤활제 공급부를 구성하는 복수의 탄성 부재와, 강성 재료로 형성되며, 상기 복수의 탄성 부재 사이에 배치되어 이들 탄성 부재와 함께 오목홈부를 형성하는 스페이서부재로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 안내장치의 방진구조.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 윤활제 포켓에 충전되는 윤활제는 내냉각제성이 우수한 윤활제 피막을 형성하는 그리스, 고체 윤활제, 또는 겔상 또는 고체상 왁스인 것을 특징으로 하는 안내장치의 방진구조.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 윤활제 포켓에 충전되는 윤활제는 내냉각제성이 우수한 윤활제 피막을 형성하는 그리스, 고체 윤활제, 또는 겔상 또는 고체상 왁스인 것을 특징으로 하는 안내장치의 방진구조.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 윤활제 포켓에 충전되는 윤활제는 내냉각제성이 우수한 윤활제 피막을 형성하는 그리스, 고체 윤활제, 또는 겔상 또는 고체상 왁스인 것을 특징으로 하는 안내장치의 방진구조.
- 제 4 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 탄성 부재와 스페이서부재가 궤도축의 길이방향으로 겹쳐져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는안내장치의 방진구조.
- 제 4 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 윤활제 포켓 형성부재가 슬라이드부재의 궤도축에 대한 상대이동방향단에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는안내장치의 방진구조.
