Claims (7)
- 물 1ℓ를 기준으로 규산화합물 2.5~5.7mole, 탄산화합물 2.2~5.1mole, 염화칼륨 0.25~0.75mole, 환원당은 0.45~0.84 mole로 이루어진 기능성 알카리토 이온화 식품첨가제 조성물
- 제 1항에 있어서, 규산화합물은 규산나트륨, 규산칼륨, 이산화규소, 수산화나트륨규소로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 또는 그 이상으로 이루어진 기능성 알카리토 이온화 식품첨가제 조성물
- 제 1항에 있어서, 탄산화합물은 탄산칼륨, 탄산나트륨, 중탄산나트륨으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 또는 그 이상으로 이루어진 기능성 알카리토 이온화 식품첨가제 조성물
- 증류수 1ℓ를 80~90℃로 가온 유지하면서 규산화합물 2.5~5.7 mole, 탄산화합물 2.2~5.1 mole, 염화칼륨 0.25~0.75mole 및 환원당 0.45~0.84 mole을 졸겔 합성 제조방법으로 가용화 시킨 후, 공기가 혼입되도록 혼합교반하면서 용액온도가 분당 3-7℃씩 줄어들도록 조절하여 15-25℃로 유지 형성된 졸겔상의 조성물을 실온에서 반응 안정화시킨 기능성 알카리토 이온화 식품첨가제 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 규산화합물은 규산나트륨, 규산칼륨, 이산화규소, 수산화나트륨규소로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 또는 그 이상으로 이루어진 기능성 알카리토 이온화 식품첨가제 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 탄산화합물은 탄산칼륨, 탄산나트륨, 중탄산나트륨으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 또는 그 이상으로 이루어진 기능성 알카리토 이온화 식품첨가제 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 1항의 기능성 알카리토 이온화 식품첨가제 조성물을 0.03 0.13%로 희석하여 식품에 사용하는 방법.
