本发明提供的是一种电力操作者防暑降温饮料制备方法。采用芦荟叶和薄荷作原料,经过步骤:1、原料处理:取鲜芦荟叶50公斤和鲜薄荷茎叶30公斤,用切断机切成粉末,然后加入到打浆机中打成浆料,备用;2、混料:将备用的浆料加水500公斤,搅拌过滤,弃渣,取其浆液,备用;3、配合:取100公斤浆液,加入氯化钠0.5公斤,氯化钾0.5公斤,维生素C0.1公斤,搅拌溶化后,过滤,滤后,灌装,进行巴士灭菌,成为成品。采用本发明方法制成的电力操作者防暑降温饮料能够起到防暑降温的作用,防止因太阳照和温度高引起的病症发生,对健康有利。适宜作为电力操作者防暑降温饮料应用。

技术领域
本发明提供的是电力领域应用的一种电力操作者防暑降温饮料制备方法。
背景技术
在电力领域操作的人员往往经常在野外作业,由于太阳照射和温度相对较高,往往会发生中暑现象,对于操作者造成人身伤害,或影响人体健康。目前还没有专门针对电力操作者防暑降温的饮料问世。
当人体劳累过度或温度高的情况下,会出汗,出汗造成电解质流失,所以需要及时补充电解质。
发明内容
为了实现电力操作者防暑降温,本发明提出了一种电力操作者防暑降温饮料制备方法。该饮料以芦荟和薄荷为主要原料,经过浸提加工,调配,制成防暑降温饮料。解决电力操作者防暑降温的技术问题。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的方案是:
采用芦荟叶和薄荷作原料。
1、原料处理:取鲜芦荟叶50公斤和鲜薄荷茎叶30公斤,用切断机切成粉末,然后加入到打浆机中打成浆料,备用;
2、混料:将备用的浆料加水500公斤,搅拌过滤,弃渣,取其浆液,备用;
3、配合:取100公斤浆液,加入氯化钠0.5公斤,氯化钾0.5公斤,维生素C 0.1公斤,搅拌溶化后,过滤,滤后,灌装,进行巴士灭菌,成为成品。
积极效果,采用本发明方法制成的电力操作者防暑降温饮料能够起到防暑降温的作用,防止因太阳照和温度高引起的病症发生,对健康有利。适宜作为电力操作者防暑降温饮料及制备方法应用。
具体实施方式
采用芦荟叶和薄荷作原料。
1、原料处理:
取鲜芦荟叶50公斤和鲜薄荷茎叶30公斤,用切断机切成粉末,然后加入到打浆机中打成浆料,备用;
2、混料:
将备用的浆料加水500公斤,搅拌过滤,弃渣,取其浆液,备用;
3、配合:
取100公斤浆液中,加入氯化钠0.5公斤,氯化钾0.5公斤,维生素C 0.1公斤,搅拌溶化后,过滤,滤后,灌装,进行巴士灭菌,成为成品。
成品冷藏或冷冻保藏。
芦荟的作用:健康的人,服用芦荟,不仅可以防治各种疾病,而且还能改善体质,增强体力,保持精力旺盛。健康人体液呈弱碱性,过度劳累或生活紧张等原因会使体液变成酸性,易感染病毒,常用库拉索芦荟会使体液保持碱性,维持健康、不患感冒。
薄荷的作用:
食疗作用,薄荷味辛,性凉;归肺、肝经;清香升散;
具有疏风散热,清头目,利咽喉,透疹,解郁的功效;
主治风热表症,头痛眩晕,目赤肿痛,咽痛声哑,鼻渊,牙痛,麻疹不透,隐疹瘙痒,肝郁胁痛脘胀,瘰疬结核。
氯化钠的作用:(1)维持细胞外液的渗透压;(2)参与体内酸碱平衡的调节;(3)氯离子在体内参与胃酸的生成,此外,氯化钠在维持神经和肌肉的正常兴奋性上也有作用。
氯化钾的作用:氯化钾是临床常用的电解质平衡调节药,临床疗效确切,广泛用于临床各科。用于治疗和预防各种原因引起的低钾血症,亦可用于心、肾性水肿以及洋地黄等强心甙中毒引起的频发性、多源性早搏或快速心率失常。
维生素C的作用:抗氧化剂:可以保护其它抗氧化剂,如维生素A、维生素E、不饱和脂肪酸,防止自由基对人体的伤害。
本发明的配料机理:
利用芦荟和薄荷的清凉解表,增强体力的作用,利用氯化钠、氯化钾调节电解质平衡作用,利用维生素提高免疫力和抗氧化作用,对电力操作者起到排汗、补充电解质、清凉解渴和提高体力的作用,达到防暑降温维持体力的作用,保护电力操作者身体健康和体力的稳定。

1.一种电力操作者防暑降温饮料制备方法,采用芦荟叶和薄荷作原料,其特征是:
1)原料处理:取鲜芦荟叶50公斤和鲜薄荷茎叶30公斤,用切断机切成粉末,然后加入到打浆机中打成浆料,备用;
2)混料:将备用的浆料加水500公斤,搅拌过滤,弃渣,取其浆液,备用;
3)配合:取100公斤浆液,加入氯化钠0.5公斤,氯化钾0.5公斤,维生素C 0.1公斤,搅拌溶化后,过滤,滤后,灌装,进行巴士灭菌,成为成品。
