本发明涉及菊花加工技术领域,尤其是一种菊花饮品的制备方法,按质量份数称取以下原料:鲜菊花40‑50份、玉美人3‑8份、红枣10‑15份、薄荷3‑5份、红景天3‑8份、芝麻2‑4份、生姜1‑2份、冰糖12‑18份、蜂蜜10‑12份、燕麦5‑10份;将原料洗净后放入提取罐中,加入水,水与原料的总质量比例为10‑15:1;然后大火烧开后小火煎煮20‑30min后过滤,所得提取液即为菊花饮品;将菊花饮品进行杀菌处理。本发明所得到的一种菊花饮品的制备方法,可将菊花与中药配合制作成具有保健功能的菊花饮品,其具有降血糖、降血脂、清热解毒的功效,极大的提高了菊花的产品附加值。

本发明涉及菊花加工技术领域,尤其是一种菊花饮品的制备方法。
背景技术
现有的菊花大都将其杀青后烘干,泡茶使用,这种食用方法其附加值低,产品单一,从而导致菊花的使用范围小,无法在其他领域使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种方法简单,能有效的提高菊花附加值的菊花饮品的制备方法。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所设计的一种菊花饮品的制备方法,按质量份数称取以下原料:鲜菊花40-50份、玉美人3-8份、红枣10-15份、薄荷3-5份、红景天3-8份、芝麻2-4份、生姜1-2份、冰糖12-18份、蜂蜜10-12份、燕麦5-10份;将原料洗净后放入提取罐中,加入水,水与原料的总质量比例为10-15:1;然后大火烧开后小火煎煮20-30min后过滤,所得提取液即为菊花饮品;将菊花饮品进行杀菌处理。
本发明所得到的一种菊花饮品的制备方法,可将菊花与中药配合制作成具有保健功能的菊花饮品,其具有降血糖、降血脂、清热解毒的功效,极大的提高了菊花的产品附加值。

本实施例描述的一种菊花饮品的制备方法,按质量份数称取以下原料:鲜菊花45份、玉美人6份、红枣12份、薄荷4份、红景天4份、芝麻3份、生姜2份、冰糖16份、蜂蜜11份、燕麦6份;将原料洗净后放入提取罐中,加入水,水与原料的总质量比例为10:1;然后大火烧开后小火煎煮30min后过滤,所得提取液即为菊花饮品;将菊花饮品进行杀菌处理。
实施例2:
本实施例描述的一种菊花饮品的制备方法,按质量份数称取以下原料:鲜菊花48份、玉美人6份、红枣14份、薄荷5份、红景天7份、芝麻4份、生姜1份、冰糖15份、蜂蜜10份、燕麦8份;将原料洗净后放入提取罐中,加入水,水与原料的总质量比例为12:1;然后大火烧开后小火煎煮30min后过滤,所得提取液即为菊花饮品;将菊花饮品进行杀菌处理。
