- 왕겨를 벗겨내지 않은 벼를 염수통에 넣어 발아력이 왕성한 것을 선별하는 완숙벼 선별단계(A)와, 선별된 완숙벼를 현미로 도정하는 도정단계(B)와, 수온이 12∼18℃인 물에 현미를 6∼10시간 동안 담가 두었다가 수온을 서서히 20∼32℃까지 높인 상태에서 1∼8시간 정도 현미를 물에 담가두는 1차 수중 발아과정을 거치고, 1차 수중발아과정을 거친 현미를 수면으로부터 1cm 이상 이격된 상태에서 2∼5시간 동안 두는 대기중 발아과정과 20℃의 물 또는 황토침전수에 현미를 8∼24시간 동안 담가두는 수중발아과정을 교대로 반복하여 기포가 일어나는 발아현상이 관측되면 수온 및 대기온도를 26∼32℃가 되게한 상태에서 현미가 소정의 발아률을 나타날 때까지 상기 수중 발아과정과 대기중 발아과정을 교대로 반복하는 발아단계(C)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 현미를 발아시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수중발아과정이 물 100㎘당 황토80∼100g을 섞어 휘저은 후 약24시간이 지나 황토가 침전된 후 윗부분의 물인 황토침전수에서 이루어지는 특징으로 하는 현미를 발아 시키는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 싹이 1mm이하로 발아되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 현미를 발아시키는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 싹이 1.5∼2.5mm로 날때까지 발아시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 현미를 발아시키는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 싹이 3mm 이상 날때까지 발아시켜 미네럴과 식이섬유만이 남도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 현미를 발아시키는 방법.
