- 탁산형 디테르펜을 생성하는 주목(Taxus)속식물의 조직 또는 세포를 자스몬산류, 중금속을 함유한 화합물류, 중금속을 함유한 착이온류, 중금속이온, 아민류 및 항 에틸렌제로 된 군으로부터 선택한 적어도 하나의 존재하에 배양하고, 얻어진 배양물로부터 탁산형 디테르펜을 회수하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탁산형 디테르펜의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 자스몬류의 존재하에 배양하는 탁산형 디테르펜의 제조방법.

- 제1항에 있어서, 탁산형 디테르펜 을 생성하는 주목속 식물의 조직 또는 세포를 배양함에 있어서, 당농도가 2∼50g/ℓ 및/또는 질산이온농도가 2∼50mmol/ℓ인 배지에 조직 또는 세포를 이식한 후, 이 배지의 초기 용량에 대하여 1일당 0.2∼5g/ℓ의 당 및/또는 0.2∼5mmol/ℓ의 질산이온을 함유한 영양원 용액을 연속적 또는 간헐적으로 첨가하여 배양하고, 얻어지는 배양물로부터 탁산형 디테르펜을 회수하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탁산형 디테르펜의 제조방법.
- 제51항에 있어서, 영양원 용액을 첨가함에 있어서, 같은 용량의 배지를 조직 또는 세포로부터 분리하여 배출함으로써 배지를 갱신하면서 배양하고, 얻어진 배양물, 배양도중에 배출함으로써 회수되는 배지 및 배양종료시에 얻어지는 배지로부터 선택한 적어도 1종 이상으로부터 탁산형 디테르펜을 회수하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탁산형 디테르펜의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 배양조중의 배양액의 총용량을 V, 신선배지의 공급속도를 VI, 조직 또는 세포의 비증식도를 μ라 할 때 무차원수 F=VI/V/μ로 정의하는 배지의 비갱신율을 0.1∼10의 범위가 되도록 연속적 또는 간헐적으로 신선배지를 첨가하고, 연속적 또는 간헐적으로 조외로 배출하는 조직 또는 세포를 포함한 배양액 및/또는 연속적 또는 간헐적으로 조외로 배출하는 조직 또는 세포를 포함하지 않는 배양액으로부터 탁산형 디테르펜을 회수하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탁산형 디테르펜의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탁산형 디테르펜을 생성하는 주목속 식물의 조직 또는 세포를 배양조를 사용하여 배양함에 있어서, 조내에 도입되는 산소함유 가스로서 0.03∼10%의 탄산가스를 함유한 가스를 사용하여 배양하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탁산형 디테르펜의 제조방법.
