Abstract
Description
Claims (14)
- 전기전도성 지지체 및 그 전기전도성 지지체 상에 배치되는 전하 발생층 및 전하 수송층을 포함하는 감광층으로 이루어지며, 상기 전하 수송층은 두께가 12μm 이하로서 입도 1-3μm의 입자를 1 × 104-2 × 105입자/mm2의 밀도로 함유하고, 상기 전하 수송층은 제1굴절 지수를 갖고 상기 입자들은 제2굴절 지수를 가지며 제1굴절 지수와 제2굴절 지수의 차는 0.10 이상인 전자사진 감광 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전하 수송층의 두께는 10μm 이하인 부재.
- 재1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 감광층의 두께는 1μm 이상인 부재.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 감광층의 두께가 3μm 이상인 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1굴절 지수와 제2굴절 지수의 차는 1.00 이하인 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 감광층은 스폿 면적(S)를 제공하는 노광 비임으로 조사되고, 두께(T)를 가지며, S 및 T는 S × T가 2 × 104μm3이하인 부재.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 S × T는 2 × 103μm3이상인 부재.
- 제6항 또는 7항에 있어서, 상기 감광층의 두께(T)는 10μm 이하인 부재.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 감광층의 두께(T)는 8μm 이하인 부재.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 노광 비임은 간섭광 비임인 부재.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 노장 비임은 레이저 비임인 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전기전도성 지지체의 표면 조도는 0.2μm 이하인 부재.
- 전기전도성 지지체 및 그 전기전도성 지지체 상에 배치되는 전하 발생층 및 전하 수송층을 포함하는 감광층으로 이루어진 전자사진 감광 부재, 및 충전 수단, 현상 수단 및 세정 수단으로 이루어지는 군 중에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 수단으로 이루어지며, 상기 감광 부재, 및 충전 수단, 현상 수단 및 세정 수단으로 이루어지는 군 중에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 수단은 일체로 지지되어 화상 형성 장치의 본체에 탈착가능하게 장착되는 카트리지를 형성하고, 상기 전하 수송층은 두께가 12μm 이하로서 입도 1-3μm의 입자를 1 × 104-2 × 105입자/mm2의 밀도로 함유하며, 상기 전하 수송층은 제1굴절 지수를 갖고 상기 입자들은 제2굴절 지수를 가지며 제1굴절 지수와 제2굴절 지수의 차는 0.10 이상인 프로세스 카트리지.
- 전기전도성 지지체 및 그 전기전도성 지지체 상에 배치되는 전하 발생층 및 전하 수송층을 포함하는 감광층으로 이루어진 전자사진 감광 부재, 감광 부재를 충전시키기 위한 충전 수단, 충전된 감광 부재를 광 조사하기 위한 노출 수단, 현상 수단 및 전사 수단으로 이루어지며, 상기 전하 수송층은 두께가 12μm 이하로서 입도 1-3μm의 입자를 1 × 104-2 × 105입자/mm2의 밀도로 함유하며, 상기 전하 수송층은 제1굴절 지수를 갖고 상기 입자들은 제2굴절 지수를 가지며 제1굴절 지수와 제2굴절 지수의 차는 0.10 이상인 화상 형성 장치.
